“This was our first time broading our baby with someone who was not family so I was worried. BUT Lisa was wonderful and I highly recommend her. She was very professional upon our meet & greet. Asking all necessary questions to take the best care of our baby which made me feel more at ease. Once we started the boarding, she sent regular photos and videos and updates several times a day. Lisa has patience and has a kind heart which is needed for this business. Our baby seemed happy and well taken care of in all photos and videos. I now feel that I can go away at any time and not have to worry if I can't take our baby because Lisa will treat him like family.”

They took such good care of Scruffy, I could see when I picked him up that he had been happy and well cared for. As soon as you meet Megan and Brian you can see that they are genuinely good people who truly love dogs. Princess had a wonderful stay with Ruth-Ann and Brandon! They took great care of her, and it was clear she was comfortable and well looked after from the pictures they provided. One of the things I appreciated most was that Princess had the opportunity to socialize—not only with her handlers but also, at her own pace, with some of the other dogs there. When I picked her up, she seemed happy, relaxed, and well cared for, which gave me great peace of mind. A huge Thank you to both Brandon and Ruth for providing such a welcoming environment. Mehnaz was the absolute best. We had to be out of town and with only a couple days notice, Mehnaz was available and took excellent care of Chi-Chi. Chi-Chi was very nervous to be away from the family and Mehnaz was able to calm her down and relate to her very fast. We were also late picking her up due to the long distance we were driving and unforeseen traffic conditions, Mehnaz was very accommodating and understanding. We really appreciate how well Mehnaz took care of Chi Chi.
Amy was such an amazing caretaker for Apollo! We needed someone to watch him during a long trip, and since he had never stayed with her before, she generously offered not one, but two meet-and-greets. The first was to meet us and Apollo, and the second allowed him to get comfortable in her home before his stay. From the very beginning, Amy was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming. Her family was just as excited to have Apollo and made him feel right at home. She took the time to listen to all of our instructions and learn about Apollo’s preferences, and she truly embraced having him as part of her family while we were away. Throughout his stay, she kept me updated with pictures and messages about how he was eating, sleeping, adjusting, and whether he seemed anxious. Her communication was excellent, and she was always so accommodating and thoughtful. Apollo was happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for, which gave me so much peace of mind while traveling. I trusted Amy completely and would absolutely have Apollo stay with her again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, reliable, and communicative sitter!

This was my first time leaving my cat with a boarder. Nusrat gave me peace of mind with daily and frequent updates. Our cat hasn’t been around any other cats in over a year but she reassured me that he is doing great with her two cats. I will definitely rebook with Nusrat in the future!
Lawrence is super friendly and clearly very knowledgable and experienced with cats. We knew from the start that our cat Gambit would be in good hands. He is so easy to work with, especially for first time cat parents being away for the first time. Gambit felt comfortable around him immediately and looked right at home! We truly appreciated the updates which included photos and videos as well. We were at ease traveling knowing that Gambit was safe with Lawrence. We are so grateful and highly recommend Lawrence!
