Ruth-Ann and Brandon are amazing!!! Our furries came home happy and excited from a week long adventure at their home. They sent us daily photos and videos (which kept us at ease since that was their first stay with Ruth-Ann and Brandon). We would definitely rebook them again in the future.
Vanessa did a amazing job looking after Lana Banana. She was very accommodating and helpful to me. I was very stressed out. She picked her up at the airport because I had to turn around and get the next flight at 9p. Vanessa sent me pictures and updates making me feel happy and at ease. Lana loved being with her..she even got a special meal because she didn't want her kibble!!! So wonderful. Lana looked beautiful when I picked her up bathed and everything!! Kevin and Chie were EXCELLENT! They cared for and treated my sweet Teddy sooooo amazing. I was updated throughout the days with lots of pictures and videos. Teddy was smiling the whole stay!
