“Nataly and her sister Melissa were absolutely fantastic with our dog Tuna. To give some context: about two weeks before our trip, we had another dog sitter lined up, but as we closer to the our trip we realized that it wasn't going to work. It was frustrated at first but I'm glad it happened, because we found Nataly and Melissa. They responded very quickly and within the week we already had met Melissa. The first impression that immediately stood out to my partner and I was how professional they were. Our dog Tuna suffers from a lot of anxiety and has some dog reactivity and therefore sometimes I become a little a nervous about a potential dog sitter (so much that I don't travel much). Melissa and Nataly put all that to ease. Every day they sent me pictures, they know all the ins and outs about dog anxiety, they were very careful, they just absolutely knew how to do their job. They were cordial when it came time to drop off and pick up Tuna. We could honestly say that without Nataly and Melissa, we couldn't have made our trip happen.”

My dog isn't usually comfortable riding with others do this would have just been a helpful heads up. We have a very happy pup! Sarah was communicative and sent plenty of pics. Our dog got so much exercise (we can see it through her Tractive app) and came back very happy. She took such good care of her and her baby was so good with her. We will definitely have her watch our dog again.
Jun our cat sitter was very nice. He took care of Dior and the cat gets comfortable very quickly. His place have so much cat access area that cats can sleep and move around. He gives updates everyday with messages, pictures and videos. I highly recommend Jun. He is very good cat sitter. Dior stayed for 18 days.
Jessica was wonderful with Chai! She kept us updated every day with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear from the updates that Chai was comfortable, happy, and having such a great time with Jessica and Luna. Dominique was awesome with my pup. We did a meet and great with my dog before hand which was very considerate and reassuring. My pup was well taken care of while boarding. She was punctual with time, sent many photos and messaged promptly with all updates. I would most definitely recommend Dominique and comfortably have my pup board again in the future.

What I especially appreciated was how accommodating and flexible he was when I had a last-minute change in my schedule. This was my third time leaving Sandwich with Omar, and Sandwich appears to have grown very comfortable with him and his partner. They’re both always excited to welcome Sandwich into their home, which is like a second home for my dog. Mahfuza was great, compassionate, kind & loving towards my baby boy Mimic 🐈⬛️ she also followed the instructions that was given to her. Mahfuza also has a orange baby boy herself & Mimic & him got along just fine. She also sent me pictures & videos daily of Mimic which I can see he was in great hands.
