Riley looked after our miniature schnauzer while we were away for a month and we couldn't have been happier with the love and care she and her family offered. I had to find a last-minute sitter for Romeo while I was away. He was initially staying with family, but due to some unexpected medical emergencies, we had to make other arrangements. I was so lucky to find Jun T., who took care of Romeo for 15 days. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Jun took wonderful care of Romeo, took him out for walks, and sent me pictures and videos every day along with regular updates. Knowing that Romeo was happy, safe, and well cared for gave me such peace of mind while I was away. Kristi and her husband were phenomenal! Kristi was so understanding about a last minute, extended stay for Dom and Ellie, and is clearly a huge dog person. We got lots of updates, where it was clear they were having the best time, and they came home happy and healthy. Highly recommend!
Kiara has been our go-to sitter for years! She always takes such great care of our furbabies and has no problem handling their quirks and schedules (bonded pair, reactive, special diets). One of our dogs developed several illnesses later in life and Kiara was a pro at handling medication, monitoring seizure episodes, and keeping us constantly updated.
Deycke was highly communicative throughout our cat’s boarding and was very attentive to his needs. Her apartment provides an enriching environment for cats and she made sure that our cat could explore and acclimate to the space. I’m very happy we finally found a caring and reliable sitter in NYC!
