I booked Henly last minute for boarding and was reliable from the very start of communication. She communicates so well and has a very welcoming personality that makes you feel like your furry one will be in great hands. Throughout his stay, she made Leo feel so loved, and allowed him to explore different park and animal friendly areas. She provided updates, lots of amazing, cutesy photos and notified us of any places she was taking him which we really appreciate. We are so thankful for her care, and will keep her in mind for future care if needed.
Brea was amazing with my (geriatric) puppy! I have a 16 year old chihuahua recovering from some medical issues and Brea took wonderful care of him. She gave me regular, detailed updates and photos. I was nervous being away from him after his illness and Brea put my mind at ease. She has my highest recommendation!
Dey was phenomenal and would highly recommend! My family and I adopted our cat, Denver, about a year ago and as new cat owners we were very nervous and apprehensive about going away on a vacation and leaving our pet with someone we didn’t know. But Dey was very comforting and even took the time to speak with us on the phone prior to the drop off. While away there were definitely moments where we would get sad and worried about Denver, but through the Rover app, Dey would send daily updates and pictures that really lifted our spirits! It was clearly obvious she cares about cats and is very knowledgeable when it comes to caring for them that we will be making adjustments going forward in our care for Denver after Dey’s suggestions and recommendations. We would definitely use Dey again if it works for both sides.

Magdalena was great! Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to have pets loved and cared for while you’re away. Her gentle demeanor immediately put my dog at ease and set such a peaceful, loving tone. It was obvious that she took the time to learn my dog’s personality and what would make her most comfortable. She was extremely accomodating and responsive, and sent updates and photos multiple times a day. Could not have asked for a better experience!!
This was my first time having Lulu stay for two weeks and with Gaby. I had read all the great reviews and scheduled a meet and greet prior to. I’m glad we booked with Gaby and her husband. Sarah is the absolute best—she went above and beyond for me and my Evie. She sent me photos and videos every single day, treated my baby to a bowl of tuna juice every evening, and was so kind and accommodating. Maria was s exceptional. My finicky pup warmed up to her and clearly has enjoyed staying with Maria during my extended work assignment. Maria communicates in a timely fashion and gives me plenty of time to order food or other supplies during his stay. She even arranged to take Freedom to be groomed during his stay!
