She’s very sweet and kind. A little bit of a miscommunication between us but was handled extremely professionally. My dog was nervous on the first day and acting out of the normal. I left my two dogs with Ma and her family for a 10-day trip, and they took excellent care of them. They not only fed and cared for my dogs, but also spent quality time playing with them and regularly sent me photos and videos, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. What impressed me most was how attentive Ma was to my dogs' behavior. It was clear that she spent a lot of time with them and genuinely cared about their well-being. During their stay, both of my dogs developed diarrhea. Ma notified me promptly, kept me updated on their condition, and worked closely with me on how to treat them. When I became concerned that one of my dogs might need veterinary care, she was ready to take him to my veterinarian immediately. She also carefully administered his medication, and he recovered well. Knowing that my dogs were in such caring and capable hands allowed me to enjoy my trip with much less worry. I highly recommend Ma and her family, and I will definitely book with them again in the future.
This was Timmy’s third stay with Denis and his wife, and at this point, they’ve truly become his home away from home. The moment we dropped him off, we knew he was in the best hands. What stands out most is the genuine love and care they show him. The daily photos and videos always make us smile because you can clearly see how comfortable, happy, and loved Timmy is. The cuddles, attention, and affection they give him are so heartfelt—it’s obvious they treat him like one of their own. Knowing Timmy is with people who care for him so deeply allows us to fully relax and enjoy our trip without any stress or worry. I cannot recommend Dey highly enough. Charlie stayed with her for almost two months, and Dey was incredibly supportive, flexible, and understanding through it all. Dey is truly the Godmother of Cats. She treated Charlie as if he were her own and made him feel completely at home. Charlie is going to miss her, Lukas, and Marla dearly. She even helped me think more carefully about Charlie’s nutrition and whether he was getting the best diet possible. It was clear that she wanted what was best for him, not just while he was in her care, but long-term. Thank you, Dey, for loving Charlie like family. Charlie came home happy, healthy, and loved—and as a cat parent, that’s the greatest gift anyone could give me.
Maria was absolutely a perfect dog sitter. She took great care of my Xena last minute and made Xena feel comfortable in her home. Maria was very responsive, reliable, easygoing and a pleasure to communicate with. She send pic updates. Maria was also flexible with times and dates for drop off and pickup.
