I had a last minute family emergency come up and needed a sitter desperately for my cat and not only did she agree to take care of my cat last minute but she came to my place the same day I reached out to her before I had to leave for my flight to do a meet and greet. I found out my cat had an ear infection 1 day before a 10 day international trip. I usually have my neighbor watch her, but the vet wanted me to wipe a scratch near her ear once a day and administer ear drops in her ear twice a day so I knew I needed more help. Natalia responded almost immediately to my request and she was at my apartment meeting my cat within 24hrs! She was communicative, kind, and best of all was able to wipe her scratch AND get ear drops into her ear (she’s very wriggly so this was impressive!). I was so grateful for peace of mind so last minute! She’s the best of the best!
