About: I've cared for pets my whole life and enjoy doing so. Before losing by beloved fur son last year, I would walk him and my cousins dog when he would go out of town. I recommend Dorothy who took care of my cats while I was away for five days. She came twice a day to feed them, give them fresh water and refresh their litter boxes. My cats are afraid of strangers and they hid the entire time despite her efforts to befriend them, but they’re like that with everyone. When I came home, both cats looked well and the house was clean and well cared for. Dorothy followed my instructions for feeding them and sent me detailed updates of her visits every day. I usually hate to leave my cats but I felt they were in good hands with Dorothy.
Nusta was absolutely incredible. I truly could not have asked for a better person to care for our dog while we were overseas. She went above and beyond in every possible way - taking amazing care of him, vacuuming and helping keep our home clean, bringing in our mail and Farmer’s Dog delivery, and even helping me during an emergency when I lost my debit card. Most importantly, our dog was SO happy. He had the biggest smile on his face when we got home, and it was obvious how comfortable and loved he felt with her. This was an extended trip overseas during such an important time in our lives - we got engaged while we were away - and because of Nusta, I genuinely did not have to worry about a thing back home. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone on this app, without hesitation. We will definitely continue using her because, at this point, our dog has officially welcomed her into the family. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
