I booked a drop in for my two cats with Charlie and had a wonderful experience. He was responsive and attentive during the meet and greet and provided prompt updates once the visit was completed.
I previously used Charlie for dog walking and he did a splendid job, so I trusted him to take on a four-day boarding stay. He is honest and communicative when issues arise such as Kody having an accident from drinking too much water and urinating on the bed as a result. Most concerningly though, my dog managed to eat a slice of a pizza he left unattended on a table while he was preoccupied on a phone call with another client. I had provided care instructions of things like this to watch out for but I understand when things like this could and still do happen regardless. One other thing to note, I did ask for occasional photo or video updates when he could. It’s a reasonable expectation that most modern boarders provide without second thought but it seemed I was getting some push back there. Just because some owners are hands-off doesn't mean it's unreasonable for others to want reassurance that their dog is safe, happy, and having a good time. I only received one photo a day which doesn’t tell much about his overall day. Every few hours with a quick check in of him playing or outside on his daily walks would’ve been appreciated and provide peace or mind. At the end of the day, Charlie is a good natured and trustworthy individual who takes great care of his own dog and others. Nothing in my experience changes that character. It simply came down to a mismatch in communication and expectations for this specific boarding stay.
Charlie took great care of Wolly-Buddy. Since it was a new environment, I was a little concerned about how he would adjust, but Charlie’s daily updates and pictures reassured me. He was also very responsive whenever I checked in. Buddy seemed happy and comfortable when I picked him up, and I would recommend Charlie without hesitation.
So great! Charlie watched my cat for a weekend and was very communicative and flexible with the times.

Schedule
I'm planning to do pet care full-time so your dog won't be alone for more than 3 hours. I only board 1 dog at a time outside of my own dog. My sister also lives with me so there's usually company around 🐾🐱🐶
