Good morning! I am hosting cats only. No dogs around. I have been a cat mom since childhood. Now, living in NYC, I have rescued two cats. Marla and Lukas. My children. Any time a friend needed a sitter, I have been called. My place is SAFE. Living in a spacious Brownstone. I have set up a dedicated cat room. Clean, friendly, safe and playful. I have just installed a floor to ceiling cat climbing pole. If you have two cats, looking for boarding, the room is perfect for them and I often have cat pairs staying. Kindly view all my photos in gallery. My own cats will be staying separate from yours. I am being very respectful of your cats nutrition, litter and bedding routines. All fabrics are being exchanged and washed. You will find a clean, safe room. No person besides me will be entering the cat room. If your cat is comfortable she can roam around the apartment/ bedrooms. Only in my attendance, and separated from Marla and Lukas ( unless we discuss a safe meeting! They are both super friendly and excited) I am a freelancer working from home. I look forward to spending time with your cat. Ready for cuddles and playtime if your cat allows. Deycke was highly communicative throughout our cat’s boarding and was very attentive to his needs. Her apartment provides an enriching environment for cats and she made sure that our cat could explore and acclimate to the space. I’m very happy we finally found a caring and reliable sitter in NYC!

Five star service! Dey came to my rescue when I needed someone at the last minute to watch a kitten i recently acquired - unplanned - since I was going out of town a few days. Dey sent pictures and updates throughout the day. Kitten had plenty of toys to keep her busy and several beds to choose from for relaxing. Dey was more than flexible with drop off and pick up schedule. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed!
Great experience with Deycke! Very communicative, flexible, went above and beyond to make sure my cat was having a good time and was well cared for at their place.
I’ve never felt like my cat was more safe or cared for than with Dey. Not only did Dey make my cat Thea feel so safe and comfortable, she also shared her experience and knowledge of cats with me regarding her nutrition and care. After leaving Dey, Thea will be a happier cat and I will be a more knowledgeable caretaker of her! I hope to ask Dey for sitting anytime I am gone in the future. She sent so many pics and videos!! I am so grateful.
Dey was phenomenal and would highly recommend! My family and I adopted our cat, Denver, about a year ago and as new cat owners we were very nervous and apprehensive about going away on a vacation and leaving our pet with someone we didn’t know. But Dey was very comforting and even took the time to speak with us on the phone prior to the drop off. While away there were definitely moments where we would get sad and worried about Denver, but through the Rover app, Dey would send daily updates and pictures that really lifted our spirits! It was clearly obvious she cares about cats and is very knowledgeable when it comes to caring for them that we will be making adjustments going forward in our care for Denver after Dey’s suggestions and recommendations. We would definitely use Dey again if it works for both sides.

Schedule
I am a freelancer in the arts. Mostly working from home. I will be staying in the apartment every night. The cats will never be left alone. I can spend time with your cat during daytime.

The cat will have a dedicated cat room. With a proper litter box, cat trees, bedding, play stuff, I can arrange this individually to your needs. I will be very respectful of your cats nutrition. I will follow your instructions. My own cats are raw fed cats. I am always updated on information about cat nutrition. Happy to share!

Every cat is very individual. I will be giving your cat time and space to getting comfy. Play time , snuggles and grooming any time!

- Comfort and safety is most important for your cat to settling in. I will be respecting your wishes and instructions regarding feeding, etc. Litter box routine. Sending you plenty of photo and video updates.
