Our dog Sadie is a bit unpredictable in her old age, but Elle never missed a beat. Elle stayed in close contact with us about how Sadie was doing and followed our instructions. She was consistently positive and patient, which really stood out, even when Sadie was a bit more work than we expected. Sadie came home happy and her usual self, which we really appreciated. We would absolutely recommend Elle for boarding and dogsitting.
Elle is amazing. Our dog Kiki has the best time and we know we don’t have to worry at all. She’s so flexible and accommodating and you can tell the environment provided is ideal. She does it with a lot of love.
