With that being said, I needed a dog sitter short notice while I went on a family vacation to Africa and prior arrangements fell through. Hesitant, I knew that a sitter would be best for me because I didn’t like the idea of boarding him at a facility. My dog weighs 4 lbs and is still a puppy, he seeks love and companionship. I’ve worked with cats at a day care that would board and currently work with cats that come from long flights or need to be out on to a plane. We have two children, 15 and 13, and both dogs get along with all children and other dogs as well. We will take care of your dogs as though they are one of our own! About: I've taken care of animals since I was a kid. Through out my life i have learned how to properly handle dogs, Puppies, cats and kittens by watching my family members and by having my own fair share of pets. I had a puppy of my own in high school and taught myself how ' to potty train as well as learning the different things like the best type of toy for teething, type of treats and food a puppy needs. Also I have had a pet of mine that has had a litter of puppies and learned how to distribute formula to newborns. I currently have two doggies one is 6 years old the other is 7 years old well as a cat that me and my family got from a family friend that found her in their garage. My love and passion for helping animals in need has made me work with a private owned foster care facility that worked close with dogs with disabilities to places like doggy daycares where I got to see more dogs that require special needs and see first hand how nice and or aggressive a dog can be. I’m currently not in school for the summer so that gives me more time for your fur babies. I can give them my full attention and time and give them the care they deserve and allow you to feel comfortable knowing someone is giving them attention If you require your pet to be in a crate once their walk has been finished or need to be sectioned off to a specific area I will make sure I properly do so.

About: I have over twenty years dog experience caring for 4 different dogs in my life personally, plus countless other friends and family members dogs who all love me. I work remote, so I can take my laptop anywhere and work from everywhere. Plus my job is full of fellow pet lovers who all understands whenever I had to take my own dogs to the vet for instance. I recently had to put my little buddy down :-( and would love to get to help others take care of their own doggies. In my home I have a fenced in yard. About: I am a certified canine coach for a local dog daycare company, with expert experience in play management, basic training, and of course, showering all pups with love. I recently graduated with a degree in Wildlife Biology, giving me a solid understanding of animal behavior, dog breeds and temperaments, and basic mammal morphology. I absolutely adore dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments, from 5 lb yorkies to 150 lb mutts! I have experience with all age ranges, having raised my childhood beagle from 4 months to senior years, along with currently raising a 3 year old golden cavalier. I am currently (as of june 2026) working part-time as a naturalist for Nassau BOCES. I often teach programs during the day but am regularly available for overnight stays and mid-day check ins. My program locations change daily but are all located within nassau county, and can be shared with you at the beginning of the month. I take great pride in providing the best care for your pup, helping them to stay on your set routines. While staying at your home, I will provide enrichment, exercise, and basic training along with tons of cuddles and love. I can crate dogs or have them cuddle up in bed with me depending on your preferences. Walks, feedings, and drop in can be scheduled at your convenience, barring my schedule for my daytime work.
