“We had a wonderful experience boarding our 8-year-old Greyhound (Annie) with Tyler! After reaching out, we set up a meet and greet where Tyler showed us around and made us and Annie comfortable with the environment. When we came to drop Annie off, Tyler came out to greet us and even helped carry some items inside! During the stay, Tyler sent photos to us every two hours! On top of that, Tyler took Annie on at least four to five walks a day (many more than she gets at home!) Tyler was attentive to our concerns and shared updates that were important to us. Namely, Tyler let us know when Annie finally began eating her (she's a picky east, especially when she's not at home). When we came to pick Annie up, Tyler was just as helpful as when we dropped her off. He brought all the items out to our car, which was a great help after a long and tiring weekend for us. With that being said, I needed a dog sitter short notice while I went on a family vacation to Africa and prior arrangements fell through. Hesitant, I knew that a sitter would be best for me because I didn’t like the idea of boarding him at a facility. My dog weighs 4 lbs and is still a puppy, he seeks love and companionship.
