“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. Vee and Steven are the best! After reading their profile we reached out and Vee met us for a meet and greet. We felt comfortable right away and felt they would be a great fit to watch our dog Uno for a week and they exceeded our expectations! She gave us a detailed updates twice a day with pictures and videos and we can tell Uno was well loved in their house. Uno came back as if he never left our watch! Grace is a thoughtful sitter. I felt safe to have left my fur buddy with her for a longer stay. During that stay my pet got sick and Grace was fully involved and did everything necessary to get the care it needed. She was also proactively communicating thought the emergency. Tanu is great! She took good care of our 6 year old Ace for a day. She loves your pet like it’s her own. Ace is picky with his eating habits and spoiled I should say, but she was very concerned when he skipped his meal.
