Over the next few days Harley had a really rough time, but Karina kept me appraised about everything that was going on, and worked with me to find solutions for her anxiety. I felt a thousand times better knowing even though she was super stressed, Karina spent every second keeping her as calm as possible and making the situation as good for her as possible. Von Marie and Steven were invaluable in taking care of our elderly pup. This was their third time watching him, and our dog had a urgent health matter while we were away. Von Marie and Steven went above and beyond to take care of him, they were communicative each step of the way, and we knew that he was in the best hands until we were able to go home to him. I can’t say enough about Britany!! She is truly a “dog whisperer”! My dog Scrappy is an extremely reactive dog to other dogs. The four days that I left Scrappy with Britany Scrappy was so calm and happy with her other doggy playmates. It was amazing and made me so happy. Britany’s communication with me throughout the stay was incredible. Not only did I get messages but videos of Scrappy as well without even asking Britany to do so. Britany treated my baby like it was her own. I never worried once. I would recommend Britany 1000%
This was the first time I had to board Piper for a family trip. Karina is extraordinary in communication and providing love and care to Piper. Updates with the pictures every few hours throughout the day certainly gave me peace of mind while I was on the trip. I could tell how happy and loved Piper was at Karina’s place from the pictures. Grace is a thoughtful sitter. I felt safe to have left my fur buddy with her for a longer stay. Tanu is great! She took good care of our 6 year old Ace for a day. She loves your pet like it’s her own. Ace is picky with his eating habits and spoiled I should say, but she was very concerned when he skipped his meal. She followed all our instructions and sent us pictures of Ace more often than we expected. He was very happy at her place.
