About: Hi! I’m a full time patient service representative at a PT office soon to be reattending school. I’m looking to make some extra money to help save up for school as well during school to keep me afloat. Most importantly meeting new dogs. I have loved dogs since I was little and I have one of my own. He’s a 3 yr old Rottweiler mix named Montu. Previously I had a small morkie mix who unfortunately passed a few years back. I have tons of experience with dogs from my own to my friends and families. I have dog sitted at my home for my mom’s morkie. I love meeting new dogs and seeing each of their different personalities. I also understand how hard it can be to get their daily walks in when you work full time so I would love to help others feel at ease. I hope I can have the pleasure of meeting your dog! I work full time currently but I get out early 3 days out of the week and I’m off on the weekends so I can always find time I have experience with anything as I’ve had my own. If needed to give medications, walk, crate I am able to do it all.
“Really appreciate your service, would definitely rebook in the future , in the midst of a snow storm jonalynn came out to give my dog his walk, while keeping me updated when she’s running late and providing pictures of the dog walk. This is what you call reliability and I am greatful for your service.”

“Anna did a great job walking our dog while we were away on vacation. Despite the snow and freezing temperatures, she walked her for the full 30 minutes twice a day every day. She was very flexible when I asked her to pick the dog up at a different location and communicated a bunch of times to update me on how things were going. I highly recommend using Anna.”

“Lisa was great! She was very focused on learning every detail she could about Malcolm ahead of the walk, and even came to meet us before we confirmed. It was a nasty, cold rainy day and Lisa showed up on time, with a smile and ready to roll! We will definitely be seeing her again!”

About: I have always been an animal lover my whole life and treat my dogs as my own children! I have over 13 years of experience with puppies, adult, and senior dogs, as well as with dogs with special needs such as allergies or anxiety. I have trained my own dog as a service dog, leveraging positive reinforcement techniques and a deep understanding on dog behaviors. Friends and family know they can always rely on me to walk, bathe, feed and love their pets like my own! You’ll have peace of mind knowing that I truly care about their well-being and make sure they are taken care of in the best way possible for them and you. I have an open schedule since I work from home and can be available all day for frequent walks and feeding! I also am happily able to provide overnight stays at your home and customize care from crate sleeping to letting them sleep in bed with me. I have my own vehicle in case of emergencies, and also love to take pets on fun adventures in nature if that is something that they love. I have a friendly labradoodle puppy who is happy to play with your dogs, but I can also provide solo walks/play if that is preferred. For overnight stays I will follow your routines and if your pet is a clinger, I will be by their side 24/7! I am well versed in doggy body language, so you can trust that I’ll keep up whatever makes them happy and can also recognize if they need space or aren’t feeling so well. Communication is key, so you’ll be provided with frequent photos and videos of your pet family members enjoying their lives to the fullest!
About: Hi I'm Nicole! I’ve been dog-sitting for over 4 years for family, friends, and neighbors, caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I’m responsible, attentive, and genuinely love spending time with animals, whether that means feeding, walking, playing, or just keeping them company! I make sure each pet feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away. I’m a college student, so I’m home during breaks (including holidays) and for about four months in the summer. I also come home frequently on weekends during the school year. In the summer, I’m available any time of the week and have a very flexible schedule, so I’m able to give your dog plenty of attention, playtime, and care throughout the day. I have a large yard where dogs can play and get plenty of exercise, and I always make sure to supervise them while they’re outside. My home is a spacious two-story house where dogs are free to roam and feel comfortable. I treat every dog like my own and many have even slept in my bed! I also have experience adjusting to each dog’s needs, whether that means crating them, sticking to a routine, or giving them extra attention and care.
“Gabrielle was AHMAZING with Oakland. She is truly a comfort to his day. Knowing I am at work in the city and she is eagerly there to walk and play with him midday puts me at ease. Thanks Gabrielle for being Oakland's friend and walker”

About: I am a med student student who loves animals. I have been dog-sitting since I was a freshman in high school. I started off caring for an elderly dog who had a difficult time walking. I have also worked with a dog who had a limp due to an injured leg and needed to be given medication on time. With each time I sit, I give a summary at the end so that you can also know what your furry friend has been up to. Along with all the dogs I have worked with I also own an adopted dog. My family and I adopted him in my sophomore year of high school. He has taught me to be very patient and aware of his needs. I enjoy baking peanut butter cookies to feed him and have baked them for other clients. I am a great sitter because I will care for your dog as if it is my own. I will attend to his or her every need along with baking him/her treats. Something I can provide that others may not be able to provide is long walks along the National Mall. I am a dancer and enjoy going for runs. If a dog is able to, I would love to go for a run with him or her. I am a good sitter because I provide care that exceeds one's expectations. I have school for 2 hours on most days. Therefore pet care fits into my schedule easily. I enjoy going on walks which provide the perfect exercise for dogs. I also like baking and I tend to bake treats for my pets. I don't have a fence, however, I am at my desk when I am working. So I will be able to provide constant company to your pet. I love to go on walks and will take the pet as often as they need. I do not have my own yard, however, I do have a small fenced-in area I can take the dog for play time.
“This was our first time having Kathryn walk our boy Sammy and she was great. Even dealt with a crazy family freind one day. The friend will never be at our house again when we are away, I promise you. Could not recommend her more. Thanks Kathryn!!!”

My house is also always 100% dog free! My home is basically a kitty wonderland 🐈⬛ ⭐️ I NEVER board or sit dogs in my own home. My house is 100% dog free 365 days of the year! I know this is very important to some cat parents! ⭐️ I’m currently not available for any dog sitting or drop in services! I mainly specialize in cat care at this current moment! I have experience with cats with all different temperaments. If your cat prefers to hide for days at a time, or bounces off the walls at 3 am, I’ve seen it all!
About: I currently have a 7-year-old boxer/terrier mix named Kona, so I understand the daily needs, routines, and personalities that make each dog unique. I’ve also cared for strays in the past, making sure they were safe and well fed. I’ll treat your pet with the same attention and love I give my own. I’m in college Monday through Thursday mornings. This gives me plenty of free afternoons and daytime availability to care for pets and make sure they get the attention they need. I will ensure the dog(s) stay within their fenced area, ensure they're fed and their environment is clean and tidy. I will also ensure they get a good walk within the time limit set
About: I’ve had numerous cats, dogs, birds and a rabbit! I love animals and the unconditional love they give in return. I would love to have the opportunity to take care of your babies while you are gone and give you the piece of mind you are looking for. I’m retired and have plenty of time to play and check on your fur baby! I adore animals and will love yours as much as I love my own! Currently I am offering services in your home only as I have a high energy puppy in mine. If your dog also is high energy and wants/craves stimulation with a like minded pup, I’d be more than happy to see how they get along! My home has a fenced in yard as well as a doggie door, and my dogs go on numerous walks per day.

About: Hi, my name is Mya, and I am a 32-year-old pet care professional with three years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Working with animals over these last 3 years has always been something that brings me a sense of purpose, and I take pride in being someone pet owners can trust to care for their pets with patience, kindness, and attention to detail. My experience began while working with a professional dog boarding service in New Jersey, Suite Pups, where I gained valuable skills in daily pet routines, feeding schedules, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for dogs staying away from home. That role helped me understand how important consistency and structure are for pets, especially when they are in unfamiliar surroundings. I learned how to keep dogs calm, monitor their behavior, and respond quickly to their needs. I later expanded my experience while working at a doggy daycare facility in New Jersey, where I cared for dogs in social group settings. In that environment, I developed a strong understanding of canine body language, play behavior, and safe supervision practices. I became confident managing dogs with different energy levels and temperaments, and I learned how to create a balanced environment where dogs could socialize, exercise, and feel secure. As a dog walker and pet sitter, my approach is centered on patience and respect for each animal as an individual. I believe every dog has its own personality, routine, and comfort level, and I take the time to understand what works best for them. Some dogs enjoy long, active walks, while others prefer a slower pace and extra reassurance. I adjust my care style to meet their needs while always prioritizing safety and positive experiences. Reliability and communication are very important to me. When a pet owner trusts me with their dog or their home, I take that responsibility seriously. I follow instructions carefully, maintain a clean and organized environment, and provide consistent updates so owners always feel informed and confident. My goal is to build long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and dependable service. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting services with flexible availability to accommodate different schedules. Whether you need regular walks during the week, care while you are traveling, or occasional help during busy days, I am committed to providing dependable and compassionate care. When house sitting, I make sure to maintain your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. I pay close attention to their behavior, comfort level, and overall well-being, and I keep owners updated with messages and photos throughout the day so they can have peace of mind knowing their pet is safe and cared for. Above all, I genuinely enjoy working with animals and creating a calm, nurturing environment for every pet in my care. I treat each dog like family and approach every visit with patience, responsibility, and kindness. If you are looking for a dependable and caring pet care professional who will prioritize your pet’s safety and happiness, I would be honored to help care for your furry companion. Pet care is an important and consistent part of my weekly routine, and I make sure to structure my schedule in a way that allows me to provide dependable and attentive care. I work full time during the weekdays, which has helped me develop strong time management skills and a reliable routine. Even with a full-time job, I intentionally set aside dedicated time for pet care because it is something I truly enjoy and take seriously. During the week, I am available in the evenings, which allows me to provide services such as dog walking, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and evening check-ins. I understand that many pet owners have busy work schedules, late meetings, or unexpected commitments, so I make it a priority to be available during those after-work hours when pets often need attention, exercise, or companionship. My evening availability is consistent, and I plan my time carefully to ensure I can arrive on schedule and give each pet the attention they deserve. Weekends are when I have the most flexibility, and I am fully available for a wider range of services. This includes longer walks, multiple daily visits, overnight care, and house sitting. Because my weekends are open, I can dedicate more time to maintaining routines, providing enrichment, and making sure pets feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I also use weekends to focus on building relationships with pets, understanding their personalities, and giving them quality time and care. I am very organized with my schedule and make sure to communicate clearly with pet owners about availability, timing, and expectations. I believe reliability is one of the most important qualities in pet care, so I always plan ahead and allow enough time to travel, complete visits properly, and handle any unexpected situations responsibly. My goal is to provide consistent, dependable care that pet owners can trust. Overall, pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I have intentionally built my schedule around being available during evenings and weekends. This balance allows me to maintain my full-time responsibilities while still dedicating meaningful time and attention to the pets in my care. I take pride in being dependable, flexible, and committed to making sure every pet I care for feels safe, comfortable, and well looked after. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my main priority is always to maintain their normal routine as closely as possible while ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free in their own environment. I understand that pets are typically happiest when their daily structure is consistent, so I take the time to carefully follow all instructions provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, walk times, medication needs, and any specific behavioral notes. Before any stay or ongoing care, I make sure I fully understand the pet’s routine, preferences, and personality. I pay close attention to details such as how they behave during walks, what triggers anxiety or excitement, how they interact with new people or animals, and what helps them feel calm and secure. This preparation allows me to provide care that feels familiar to the pet rather than disruptive. During dog walking services, I focus on giving each dog a safe and enjoyable experience that matches their individual energy level and comfort. I allow dogs to explore at their own pace while still maintaining control and awareness at all times. I do not rush walks or rely on force; instead, I use patience and calm guidance to ensure the dog feels relaxed and confident. I also stay attentive to surroundings, leash safety, and body language to prevent stressful or unsafe situations. When providing drop-in visits or in-home care, I make sure each visit is structured but still warm and engaging. I handle feeding, fresh water, bathroom breaks, cleaning up after pets if needed, and spending quality time with them through play, attention, or companionship. I understand that some pets may feel anxious when their owners are away, so I focus on creating a calm presence and giving them reassurance through consistency and gentle interaction. If I am house sitting, I treat the home with the same level of respect and responsibility as I do the pets. I keep the environment clean, follow household rules closely, and ensure the pet’s routine continues without interruption. I monitor behavior closely to make sure the pet is eating, drinking, and behaving normally, and I respond quickly if anything seems off or requires attention. I also make it a priority to keep the home secure and organized throughout the stay. Communication is a key part of my care style. I provide regular updates to the pet owner, including messages, photos, and general check-ins so they always feel informed and reassured. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, especially when you are away, so I make sure to stay transparent and responsive at all times. Overall, my approach to pet care in a client’s home is centered on respect, consistency, and attentiveness. I aim to create a calm and positive experience for each pet while giving owners peace of mind knowing their pets are being cared for responsibly and with genuine attention. Whether it’s a quick visit, a walk, or overnight care, I treat every pet like an individual and every home with professionalism and care.

Julia was absolutely amazing. We booked her to feed and walk our golden Doc. She went above and beyond, taking care of our house and packages and even spending extra time with Doc to keep him company. She updated us every day after each walk, sending photos and messages. Julia is so kind and clearly has a love for animals. It was nice to know our pup was in such great care while we were away. Thank you Julia!!

Jane was not only wonderful with our dogs, but proved extremely reliable during an extended weekend where we were out of town and all of our discussed plans were disrupted by the unforeseen—storms, road closures, etc. She provided clear and timely communication in dealing with changes, and we quickly felt comfortable trusting her best judgment to both attend to and care for our two dogs.

"I highly recommend Diane, she is incredibly reliable and always arrives on time for every walk. She also keeps me updated with pictures and notes, which gives me great peace of mind when I'm not home. Ginger loves her and looks forward to their walks. She is gentle, patient, and clearly knows how to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I'm so grateful to have found Diane.
