I’ve grown up around dogs and have been caring for them most of my life, so being attentive to their needs comes naturally to me. I treat every pet like they’re my own; making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m reliable, patient, and pay close attention to routines, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, or just giving them the extra affection they’re used to. I’ll always keep you updated with photos and check-ins for peace of mind. I’m especially patient with shy or anxious dogs and take the time to help them feel at ease. My fiancé, Eric has also always grown up with dogs and was responsible for taking care of dogs and his cat while growing up and they all lived will into their senior years. He is great with more high energy and active dogs, going on long walks, or runs and hikes with them.

Kara was an absolute joy to work with. From the initial meet-and-greet to the thoughtful pictures and updates she sent throughout the stay, she made the entire experience stress-free and reassuring. Knowing my pet was safe and well cared for gave me complete peace of mind. She was definitely the right choice, and I will certainly book with her again!
Kara-Ann took wonderful care of our cat, Bernie, while we were away. She was reliable, attentive, and clearly cared about making sure Bernie was comfortable and well cared for. We really appreciated the updates and the peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Bernie warmed up to her quickly, which says a lot! We would absolutely book with Kara-Ann again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable pet sitter.

Kara-Ann stayed at my home to care for my cat, Ozzy. Not only did I come to a happy cat but my house was also perfect.
Kara is super helpful and a perfect sitter! I needed someone last minute to check in on my Yorkie while I was out of town. She made sure to schedule her day around his feeding times, walks, and just even letting him out in the backyard. She’s my go to person when I am out of town or if I need someone to check in. She’s friendly, keeps in touch via text & always answers her phone right away. She made me feel super comfortable and was always giving me updates. Definitely trustworthy if you need backup! No concerns at all.
I have known Kara-Ann for many, many years and she has always treated my fur babies like her own. Before my soul dog passed away, Kara-Ann was my go-to caregiver when we had to travel. Could not recommend her more!

Harmonogram
I work full time where I commute Monday-Friday. Weekends I’m home. My Fiancé also works full time but he gets out a little earlier than I do. For weekend stays we are available to give your furry family the most attention and care. If there is need during the week I’m usually away from home for 10 hours during the day including my commute time to and from work. We will walk and feed them before we leave in the morning and as soon as either of us gets home will do the same and then again before bedtime.

In our home, pets are cared for in a calm, safe environment. We live on the second floor of a house in a suburban neighborhood with sidewalks, which allows for safe, structured walks. While we don’t have direct yard access, we make sure dogs get regular walks, exercise, and attention. I also have a senior cat who is naturally shy and takes time to warm up, so I’m very understanding of pets who may be anxious or need a slower, more gentle approach. In a client’s home, I focus on maintaining your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or quiet time. I’m attentive to their behavior and needs, and I always aim to make them feel comfortable and secure while you’re away.

Eric my fiance is very active and would take them out for longer walks/runs and play with them and any toys. I’m not a runner but will play with them and their toys and take a cozy nap with them ☺️
