I am available for drop-in visits, pet sitting, pet daycare, and also pet walking (even for cats!). 🚙 I currently provide pet care services for most of the Nassau County area and some parts of Nassau-Queens border. About Me: I own a color-point Persian cat who is 7 years old that I enjoy spoiling. I can speak Italian, enjoy gardening, art, sewing, yoga, tennis & pilates. I’m a fan of the original Twilight movie directed by Catherine Hardwicke. 🐾 I’m currently providing pet care for a King Charles Cavalier who has mobility issues and dietary restrictions, but he is such a big mush! I am also caring for a special needs 4 month old kitten who needs to be syringe-fed, given both topical & oral medication on schedule, along with helping her with using a litter box. In addition to assisting with care of a (palm-sized) rescue kitten who is less than one month old needing to be bottle fed every few hours, given antibiotic medication for her eyes and frequent cleaning with wet wipes, due to being too young to know how to use a litter box. I have found it to be extremely rewarding and willing to look after a few more furbabies within my local area. 🔹 I’m trustworthy and reliable, I would always practice good manners. Respectful of privacy when I’m in a client’s home. I make sure that when I’m with your pet, safety is an upmost priority.

Cannot say enough great things about Sam and her family. You can truly tell they love animals and took care of my dog like he was their own. She kept me updated and send me pictures for the week I was away. My dog truly did not want to leave when I went to pick him up. I know he cannot wait to go back!
Alex took great care of our puppy, Fintan! He was able to accommodate us at the last minute, took the time to find out where we were in our training with Fintan and what kind of issues we wanted to work on, sent us pictures and videos, and took the time to socialize our puppy. Once again, I was worry and stress free leaving Lucas in the care of Caitlyn and family. They are so kind and caring with Lucas. He is particular and has specific needs which they are able to accommodate. I received updates, pics and stayed informed of his care during our time away. Stephanie is an incredible pet sitter! We are so grateful to her for taking such great care of our dog (1 year, 8 months old) for a weekend stay. We have a high-energy dog who requires a lot of attention (e.g., play time/soccer in the backyard and walks) - Stephanie truly went above and beyond for our dog. Stephanie also constantly checked in with multiple photos every day (during the weekend stay), provided updates, and followed our detailed instructions. Shushma and her family are amazing! She saved me during the last snow storm when the person meant to watch Haddie couldn’t get home due to flight cancellations and it was absolutely meant to be. She provided lots of updates and it was clear the family and their dogs had completely embraced Haddie as one of their own.
This was Rory’s second stay with Julie. Julie is amazing! Rory had such a good time her first stay she dragged me to Julie’s door on our second visit. Julie is very caring and Rory got plenty of playtime outdoors in Julie’s fenced in yard. Julie is a pleasure to work with, very flexible, and Rory will definitely come back.

Finding Leidy was such a blessing. Her first message after I sent the request through Rover started with “Good Evening … “. That somehow assured me and made me wish that everything works out and I can book Leidy. So when she agreed and the timings worked out for her, it felt like Mano and Mao would be in a good place for the 4 days. While I was so emotional during the drop off, setting everything up in her basement and explaining everything felt right. My cats are very well-behaved but they take a long time building trust so I already knew they would mostly be underneath the sofa and bed. Leidy did her best and let them be. They would come out of their hiding spots to eat and that was reassuring that they were eating and using the bathroom despite the change of environment. Overall, it was nice conversing with Leidy through the messages and through the pictures she would share. I am grateful that our first time of passing on care for Mano and Mao was with Leidy. If I ever come across an emergency again or get to know of someone who needs a sitter, I will surely think of Leidy to contact. Thank you Leidy!
