This time, Nene had a small rash on her back left leg that required the application of topical ointment twice daily. Jonisha and her family not only assured us they would handle it but went above and beyond by putting a soft cone on Nene to prevent her from licking the hot spot. Their attentiveness and care truly exceeded our expectations. As usual, Jonisha and her family kept us updated with lots of videos and pictures. It warmed my heart to see how well-cared-for and at ease Nene and Scrappy were. They fit right in with Jonisha’s family and her two dogs. The videos showed them outside, romping around and active, while the pictures captured them snuggling and resting together, as well as with Jonisha and her family members. Knowing that they were so loved and happy gave me immense comfort. Once again, Jonisha and her family delivered exceptional care. We couldn’t be happier with them and wouldn’t dream of entrusting Nene and Scrappy to anyone else. It’s clear they treat our dogs as if they were their own, and that level of love and dedication means the world to us. The girls were even excited to see Jonisha and her sister when we dropped them off, which speaks volumes about the bond they share. My girl had a few new changes to her health since they last saw her and they didn’t even miss a beat with accommodating her and caring for her just as they did before. Once again, I was worry and stress free leaving Lucas in the care of Caitlyn and family. They are so kind and caring with Lucas. Stephanie is an incredible pet sitter! We are so grateful to her for taking such great care of our dog (1 year, 8 months old) for a weekend stay. We have a high-energy dog who requires a lot of attention (e.g., play time/soccer in the backyard and walks) - Stephanie truly went above and beyond for our dog. Stephanie also constantly checked in with multiple photos every day (during the weekend stay), provided updates, and followed our detailed instructions. Finding Leidy was such a blessing. Her first message after I sent the request through Rover started with “Good Evening … “. That somehow assured me and made me wish that everything works out and I can book Leidy. So when she agreed and the timings worked out for her, it felt like Mano and Mao would be in a good place for the 4 days. While I was so emotional during the drop off, setting everything up in her basement and explaining everything felt right. My cats are very well-behaved but they take a long time building trust so I already knew they would mostly be underneath the sofa and bed. Leidy did her best and let them be. They would come out of their hiding spots to eat and that was reassuring that they were eating and using the bathroom despite the change of environment. Overall, it was nice conversing with Leidy through the messages and through the pictures she would share. I am grateful that our first time of passing on care for Mano and Mao was with Leidy. If I ever come across an emergency again or get to know of someone who needs a sitter, I will surely think of Leidy to contact. Thank you Leidy!
