I completed the veterinary assistant program at Nassau Boces. I’ve learned a lot about animal behavior, anatomy, and clinical techniques. I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I have experience administering medications orally & subcutaneously. Safety for everyone is my top priority.

Stephanie is an incredible pet sitter! We are so grateful to her for taking such great care of our dog (1 year, 8 months old) for a weekend stay. We have a high-energy dog who requires a lot of attention (e.g., play time/soccer in the backyard and walks) - Stephanie truly went above and beyond for our dog. Stephanie also constantly checked in with multiple photos every day (during the weekend stay), provided updates, and followed our detailed instructions. We can tell our dog enjoyed his time with Stephanie as well! Thank you very much to Stephanie for being a kind-hearted, loving, attentive, reliable, and wonderful dog sitter!

Stephanie took wonderful care of our dog, Duke, while we were away. She made him so comfy in her home and sent us pictures daily. We knew he was having a great time. Stephanie is awesome!

Stephanie was very communicative during Sesame’s stay with her! She went on walks with him and let him run around the backyard. He also usually cries whenever we pick him up from the dog sitter, but this time he didn’t - usually he gets pretty anxious when we leave him, but he seemed to be pretty comfortable while he stayed with Stephanie. Will definitely book again in the future! :)

Schedule
My schedule is pretty open. I have very flexible availability. I love to go for walks as well, so why not bring a furry friend? I do charge an extra $10 a walk when it’s raining and an extra $5 for light snow/ $15 for heavy or slushy snow.

I don’t have any pets at the moment. My last dog recently passed. I’ve owned dogs my whole life so I miss the interaction very much. I have a big yard that is highly fenced but I am also more than willing to walk your dogs as well. I take one client at a time with exceptions of course. These exceptions include pets from the same household, & clients that both have friendly dogs and are comfortable with it. I am completely transparent because safety comes first for the wellbeing of the pet and myself. I live with my parents who are also a huge help if I need to run out there is almost always someone else home.
A typical day
I love to make sure your dogs are physically and mentally satisfied. We'll play a bunch of games, check out all the new smells in my neighborhood, and explore a big park near my house. If your pet is low energy & prefers to be indoors is also more than acceptable! I am more than willing to provide cuddles. 🥰
