About: I’ve grew up around dogs and have always surrounded by them. I’ve volunteered and worked at Doggy Daycares in both Long Island and in Nyc. I currently work for a company that handles pets flying in from other countries that need to receive a US rabies vaccination I have a full time job and I am in school for the semester but when I am on break or on my days off I am happy to take car of your fur babies If your fur babies have a specific diet or a schedule they follow I will make sure that I cater to their every need and provide them with a playmate (myself)

About: I have an almost 11 year old black lab terrier mix. Whenever we walk I let her choose the route which now isn’t as far as we used to walk but we usually go around the block. She had ACL surgery a few years ago so I make sure to walk any chance I get so she can get the exercise she needs. I also help out with my neighbors sons dog whenever he goes on vacation. I am available Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Fridays all day and the weekends. Since I’m in college I go Tuesday and Thursday and usually home by 2pm. I make sure my pets have water, food, and toys. I make sure they are never bored and if they need attention to give them the attention they need.

About: Over the course of my time I've taken care of and lived with goldfish, parakeets, a big old mutt, several great cats...and chickens. Considering that I grew up in Manhattan, I'd say that if that doesn't account for exeptional qualifications to love and care for our furry (or scaly, or feathered) friends, I'm not sure what could! Our kids are off exploring the world as newly minted adults leaving my wife and I with two finicky cats. With a little extra time on my hands I thought it would be a good idea to help other pet owners out to work all day or preferably, gone on a much needed vacation but looking for someone to check in on their furry loved ones. I freelance from home as a designer, so I typically have time at both ends of the day to extend a helping hand to anyone who needs a little extra care for their pet. We have 2 cats at home of whom I am the primary caretaker of, so adding a visit to a neighbor in need would be easy. I will follow all instructions and care indications you give for your pet(s) to the letter and provide pictures of completion if you request it.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have cared for a wide variety of pets, including dogs, cats, frogs, birds, lizards, a ferret, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish. My last pet was a cat, and even though I don’t currently have pets, I truly enjoy being around them. I’ve owned dogs all of my life and have had several breeds over the years including pitbulls, a Boston Terrier, a French Bulldog, and a Boxer, so I am very comfortable with different sizes and personalities. I have walked and cared for both of my aunts dogs. My one aunt has a French Bulldog and the other has a mastiff, and I always made sure they were fed, let out, and comfortable. I also cared for a pitbull while babysitting, handling his feeding, bathroom breaks, and daily routine. Dogs are my specialty because I have the most hands on experience with them, but I enjoy caring for all pets. I am responsible, patient, and confident with many different breeds and temperaments, and I always make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and well taken care of. I also plan on getting a red eared slider turtle soon because I love learning about and caring for different types of animals. I am currently on summer vacation, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets throughout the week. When the fall semester starts, my classes will only be on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which keeps my schedule very open. I am available from 6 am to 3 pm to take care of your pets, and I make sure to plan my day around giving them the attention and care they need. When I am caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow their routines and instructions closely to make sure their pets feel safe and comfortable. I pay attention to details like feeding times, bathroom breaks, and keeping their space clean. I take my time with each pet so they never feel rushed or stressed, and I always make sure doors, gates, and crates are secure. About: I have pet sat and walked for many family friends over the years, have 7 years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant in both general practice and emergency since 2019, graduated with a BS in Pre-Veterinary medicine from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2023, and am American Red Cross Certified in Cat and Dog First Aid. During my time working I have had hands on experience administrating medications, and working with dogs and cats of all ages and temperaments. I’ve had cats since I was born and have had my dog since 2019. About: Hi im Naijah! Ive been around animals since i can remember and love being around them. I help out friends and family members with their dogs very often. About: My journey with dogs began with Sparkle, a rescue I raised from eight weeks old. For 14 wonderful years, she was my best friend. In her later years, she navigated life with a disability and absolutely rocked a pink wheelchair. Losing her in 2018 didn't diminish the love she left behind. It redirected it outward, straight toward every dog I've met since. I’ve since adopted Harvey, a rescue Pittie with a backstory that’ll make you cry and a personality that’ll make you laugh. He was found as a critically starving stray in Texas, brought to a high-kill shelter in NYC, and pulled from a euthanasia list just in the nick of time. Harvey has since blossomed into the happiest, goofiest, most brisket-shaped dog you'll ever meet. His favorite hobbies are couch hogging and unhinged zoomies. Rehabilitating him deepened my understanding of canine anxiety, trauma recovery, and the kind of steady, patient love it takes to help a dog truly feel safe. That experience, combined with years of hands-on care for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, is what I bring to every visit. I've worked with elderly and special needs dogs, as well as dogs managing anxiety, hyperactivity, and behavioral challenges, across a wide range of breeds from Pitbulls and Chihuahuas to St. Bernards and Corgis. I'm currently working toward board certification in canine massage therapy through my forthcoming practice. Your pet is family. About: Hi! My name is Drew & I live in Rockville Centre. I started on rover almost 14 years ago petsitting full time, staying in people's homes with their pets while they traveled. I did this all through college and loved it so much I decided to turn it into my full-time business! I have recently re-activated my account after moving to Rockville centre and being able to take in new dogs, cats and their families!
