15. Essence C.
“I am very lucky to have found essence through a very good friend of mine. For the last three years, she dog sat and dog walked my toy poodle Gigi, who recently passed away. I couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful and caring person who shows such compassion and love to pets as much as they do to humans. Essence gave me the opportunity to hybrid with my job in the city. I felt extremely comfortable, and at ease leaving essence with Gigi, and they actually became very attached and essence was a major support for me when Gigi had passed , so I’m very grateful for that she is someone that you can rely on 100% and at the same time feel less sense of comfort and safety when caring for my precious Gigi.”
16. Justine L.
“Justine stayed with our fur baby for six nights while we were away. She was great! She had to administer medicine to our pup which she did with ease, keeping us updated and sending photos. And she left our home really clean, which was so much appreciated to come home to. Would definitely have Justine again for our future needs!”
17. Lissette L.
“Lissette was wonderful with watching my senior dog for a few days. I’m very particular with who I trust with him, but we found we were lucky to connect with her. She sent many pictures and updates every day and followed his medication schedule + his daily routine (food preparation, walking requirements, bedtime schedule etc.) seamlessly. I can’t wait to have her watch Hank again soon!! It was great having peace of mind while I was away and he absolutely loved her :)”
18. Kim S.
“As many people are, I am very protective over my pets. They are my family and mean the world to me. Kim is one of a very short list of people that I absolutely trust to care for my animal friends as I do, and she has done so many times. Throughout my time of knowing Kim (~8 years), she has proven to be gentle, diligent and selfless when it comes to animals.”
19. Caitlyn C.
“Caitlyn is quick to respond, very responsible, shows up rain or sunshine and very reliable. Thanks”

About: I differentiate myself by offering specialized skills like administering medication, handling medical emergencies, and providing personalized care tailored to each pet's needs. Building trust through expertise and professionalism is key in communicating effectively in order to deliver the best possible care. Additionally, my own experience with my dog has also granted me the ability to understand and meet such needs as well as the emotional needs of any pet, and to establish a trusted relationship with both pet and owner! I am currently a per diem part-time nanny to a family in New Jersey while attending online college classes; however, the alignment of both schedules allows me the flexibility to include my passion for pet care! I am flexible and available most weekdays between 9AM-2PM and weekends between 10AM-7PM. My work experience in animal welfare in clinical and boarding facilities allows me to apply what I have learned into what I can do. As an overnight supervisor in a doggy daycare environment, pets are cared for by providing a safe and stimulating environment, ensuring their well-being, and offering socialization opportunities with other dogs. This includes activities such as playtime, walks, feeding, and monitoring their behavior whereas in a clinical setting, caring for pets involves monitoring vital signs, administering treatments, conducting medical procedures, and providing post-operative care. It also includes maintaining cleanliness, following strict protocols, and ensuring a comfortable environment for the animals. Although not as extensive in daycare or clinical facilities, in-home pet care allows for individualized attention where needed as needed without the external stressors of a constantly changing environment. In-home care involves the basics of pet welfare and includes providing food, water, exercise, and companionship. Additionally, administering medication, following specific care instructions, and maintaining a safe environment are crucial, all of which I can provide based on my background and experience.
