Marissa watched our cat for one week and she is amazing! This was our first experience with Rover and it couldn’t have gone better. If you’re on here and you’re not sure who to reach out to, reach out to Marissa! She is responsible, trustworthy and kind. We did an initial meet and greet at my house, and she asked great questions about my cat’s care that even I didn’t think about. She arrived at the same time everyday and sent me the cutest pictures of him. They clearly bonded. Marissa also works in the veterinary field which is great. I will definitely book her again during future trips!
Marissa has been cat sitting for "my boys" for several years, for both short and long stays. She is a licensed veterinary technician which puts me at ease when I'm away knowing she can handle any health issues which may arise. On one occasion, "Tony", had to have emergent dental work days before a two week trip, and luckily given Marissa's background, she was able to give him medication and mend him back to health. She is reliable, caring and extremely attentive to our furry children. We treasure the fact that we have found someone we can trust in our home as well as give the needed love and attention that the cats need. "Tony and Jack"look forward to having Marissa sit for them.
As a licensed vet tech, Marissa is very knowledgeable about animal health and behavior. She can care for any kind of pet with a gentle but professional hand. She has personally taken great care of my pets– I cannot recommend her enough!

Schedule
I am available middle of the afternoons into the evenings Monday-Friday. I am available all day Saturday-Sunday. I am available for drop in visits and providing walks to animals that would be alone for a long period of time.
