I like making sure dogs have proper enrichment, whether that means playing with toys, running outside, or touring the smells of the neighborhood. A lot of the dogs I watch are sleepy and just like to be included, so we spend a lot of time hanging out and listening to calming music.

I love dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages, but I have the most experience with caring for adolescent to senior dogs. I have experience administering medication if necessary, and adhering to special diets per veterinary instruction.

Sonia was great with Max and his 2 friends, super patient and warm with the dogs! Definitely recommend her!!
Sonia stayed over at our house for 4 nights and was wonderful. My dog felt safe and calm with her. The house was exactly how we left it. She was very kind and nice and responded to text messages almost immediately. I would definitely recommend her to others. Overall everything was great!
Sonia is the most empathetic pet caretaker I know. Having known her for over 10 years I’ve seen her care for exotic plants, cats, dogs, reptiles and aviary pets. Her ability to connect with animals and respect their space as well as care for them has earned her the hearts of all of our mutual friends and their pets.
