“The best sitter to book with! Xiaoying and her family are excellent and truly the sweetest! I had an overnight cat sitting service with them for a 7 nights and they sent me daily photos and videos and made sure to keep me updated! They also brought so many toys, a cat tree, and cat hideaway spots for my cat. My cat Lucki didn’t want to leave he really liked it there and it’s like his second home now😊 will definitely be rebooking with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pet sitter or boarding service! ❤️”
“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”

We had a great experience with Jaxon’s stay! It was his first time away from us, and she was very understanding and kept us updated with lots of pictures and videos. He was a little nervous the first day, but by day two he had settled in, made friends with the other dogs and bonded with her daughter. They took great care of him, took him for walks, and she even gave him a hygiene trim. Jaxon came home happy and well cared for. We would definitely use her again!

Alec is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, communication was clear, reliable, and reassuring. He truly keeps his word. Leaving my dogs for an entire week—especially with someone new—had me feeling pretty anxious, but Alec completely put my mind at ease. He kept me informed about everything—from how well they were eating, to their energy levels, and yes, even their “poop status” 😂. Vanessa took very good care of both our pups. It seamed that they felt right at home when we picked them up. While the pups were happy to see us, they were also very comfortable at Vanessa's. It was our first time having Vanessa take care of our pups, and we are very happy we found someone so caring. She shared great pictures and videos during our time away, it was very helpful.
Cindy did great with Candy! Candy is definitely spoiled and needy most days but Cindy was able to meet all her needs and keep her content and resting while we were away on vacation. We enjoyed receiving little videos of her everyday and We will definitely use Cindy again in the future.
