She was with coco during her last hours & cared for her like she was her own. “Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”
“They were great! Lincoln met with them a few days before the stay and was immediately comfortable. There house was very clean and the enclosed backyard was very spacious leaving a lot of room for the dogs to play and secure enough to prevent them from getting out. Brenda was always taking her on walks and spending time playing with her. When I picked her up, of course my baby missed me, but I could truly tell she had formed such a loving bond with Brenda. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience with Matt & Kristina! Matt & Kristina were absolutely amazing from start to finish! From our very first meet-and-greet, they took the time to get to know Rocky and make sure he would be a good fit for their family and their two beautiful dogs. Matt showed us their yard and explained where Rocky would be safe to run around and play. He gave us a full rundown of everything and patiently answered all of our questions, which immediately made us feel comfortable and confident leaving Rocky with them. We ended up booking a full week! Throughout Rocky’s stay, we received regular updates, pictures, videos, and text messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was so wonderful to see how happy and comfortable Rocky was. He got along great with their family dogs and even their super-cute daughter! You can truly tell that Matt & Kristina genuinely care about the dogs in their care and treat them like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Matt & Kristina and will definitely be booking with them again in the future, especially when we need to travel out of the country. We could not be happier with the care Toby received from Thu and her family! This was our first time leaving him with an in home sitter and we are thankful for such a great experience. We received updates and photos which put our minds at ease and Toby was so happy to have Pi and Jinx to play with! I can tell he already misses his new friends!
Charlotte was absolutely amazing with our girl Lexi!! Not only did she make us feel so relieved and secure the entirety of our trip, but Lexi eventually opened up to her which is something so huge for her. We were very very anxious about trying a sitter again considering Lexi had a terrible experience with a past sitter, which has caused mistrust towards strangers. It took some time and warming up to do but eventually Lexi caved in! Charlotte sent so many pictures and updates throughout the day which we absolutely loved. She is very sweet, patient, understanding with Lexi’s situation, and just overall an awesome sitter. Lexi will definitely be coming back!!
Trevor and Sabrina did an absolutely amazing job with my dog, Clyde. I received photos, communication was seamless, and due to my travels being delayed was able to have my dog spend some extra time there with no hesitation. Overall the experience was amazing and will definitely be returning to them in the future.
Cindy did great with Candy! Candy is definitely spoiled and needy most days but Cindy was able to meet all her needs and keep her content and resting while we were away on vacation. We enjoyed receiving little videos of her everyday and We will definitely use Cindy again in the future.
