“Couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter! I booked with Wenxu and her husband to board Momo for a short 4 day trip out of town. It can be a challenge to find cat-specific sitters, but they were attentive, reliable, and patient. Momo can be a bit shy with new people/environments, and can even get anxious, but they were so patient and made sure he was comfortable while he was boarding with them. They were very communicative from start to end. They made sure to let me know ahead of time what they needed me to provide, vs what supplies they would provide themselves. They also shared regular updates (photos and videos) throughout my trip on how he was doing, which I really appreciated for peace of mind. Their set up for him was great too, to keep him comfortable and entertained for his stay - I think Mowgli really appreciated their huge cat tree! They were so caring, and even went above and beyond by sending him home with a gifted scratcher which was so kind! Thank you both again for taking such great care of Mowgli!!!”
“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”

From our very first meet-and-greet, they took the time to get to know Rocky and make sure he would be a good fit for their family and their two beautiful dogs. Matt showed us their yard and explained where Rocky would be safe to run around and play. He gave us a full rundown of everything and patiently answered all of our questions, which immediately made us feel comfortable and confident leaving Rocky with them. We ended up booking a full week! Throughout Rocky’s stay, we received regular updates, pictures, videos, and text messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was so wonderful to see how happy and comfortable Rocky was. He got along great with their family dogs and even their super-cute daughter! You can truly tell that Matt & Kristina genuinely care about the dogs in their care and treat them like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Charlotte was absolutely amazing with our girl Lexi!! Not only did she make us feel so relieved and secure the entirety of our trip, but Lexi eventually opened up to her which is something so huge for her. We were very very anxious about trying a sitter again considering Lexi had a terrible experience with a past sitter, which has caused mistrust towards strangers. It took some time and warming up to do but eventually Lexi caved in! Charlotte sent so many pictures and updates throughout the day which we absolutely loved. She is very sweet, patient, understanding with Lexi’s situation, and just overall an awesome sitter. Lexi will definitely be coming back!!
