About: I’ve taken responsibility of my own pets in my family for 10 years. Dog sat for my aunt for two years. Grew up with a Border Collie and two Dobermans! About: As w most people here i have a love for animals and am on track for a career in veterinary medicine. I have a dog of my own but also have a wide range of skills with many different animals (rodent, reptiles, various exotics, etc) due to my experience working in and completing a two year BOCES program for veterinary medicine assisting which included dogs and cats ofc. I currently volunteer at a shelter walking the dogs there so I'm equipped to handle dogs of many sizes and temperaments. I also have experience working w cats of various sizes and temperaments from a separate shelter. I'm very good w adjusting my technique and handling for different animals in order to safely and properly handle them in the ways they need/ feel comfortable. Im confident in my skills and always willing to learn/ experience new situations. sooo yea im here☺️ I currently have a part-time job, but it has very flexible hours and while I am a student, I usually take these jobs on during breaks or downtime so I have open availability. I do personally have a fenced backyard and a dog back home usually if I’m hosting another dog I do my best to keep their schedules consistent but separate as my dog is very selective. Usually, I will do pet sitting at the other dog’s house where I can completely make sure that they are comfortable in their environment and follow their routine as close as possible.

I am a senior living with my 5 senior cats. They are my family and their happiness is my happiness. Although I like to travel, I hesitate to ask my son and daughter-in-law to take care of them over and over again while I am out of town. I was planning to visit my other son and his family to see my grandkids in NC. I decided to give a try to drop-in care. After checking all the options, I decided on SARAH based on her background and reviews. What a choice I made; she was excellent, deserving more than 5 stars. First of all, she is an animal lover. My cats have a strong sense if a person likes them or not. They will either come to great that person or totally disappear. Looking at the pictures Sarah provided, they are all around her. Even on her shoulder, hugging. Yes, she sent me plenty of pictures every day, including before and after pictures of their plates, litter boxes, She let me know every detail about their wellbeing even sent me the pictures of throw ups, if she found one. When I was back, I found the house clean and in order. She even took all the garbage out with her. Well, I couldn’t ask anything more from her. I feel very comfortable leaving my cats with her again.
Diego has been doing a great job of taking care of my outdoor kitties for the past several months. My Kitties are a shy bunch, but Diego has been very patient and kind with them, thus helping me to travel without any worries. I would highly recommend Diego to take care of any one's pets while they are away on vacation or for daily visits. Thank again Diego for doing such a great job!
