About: I grew up in a house full of pets and have volunteered at various pet rescues. Now, 51 years later, through every chapter of my life, milestones, joys, and losses, there has always been a pet by my side. I can’t imagine a home without the sound of paws, the comfort of companionship, or the simple, grounding presence of an animal. I work full time from home and am happy to be flexible to any schedule. This works particularly well for pets that are used to a routine. My pets include a Labrador Retriever named "Jax" who is 6 years old. Jax likes to run about in our fenced yard. I also have 3 cats named "Beau", "Shadow" and "Oliver" who remain indoor. All of my babies are rescues.

SAFETY: My clients’ safety, (both pets & people!), is my upmost priority. When going for walks, I will make sure your dog(s) is harnessed/leashed up extremely securely. Most of the time, I will attach their leash to BOTH their collar and their harness so if there is ever a product malfunction, they won’t ever get loose. I will walk your fur baby with my full attention and will not allow them to greet other dogs on their walk unless I am 100% sure that both dogs are friendly. I completely avoid any loose dogs that we might see on our walks to avoid confrontation. When letting your pets in the yard, I will always make sure that the gate(s) are securely closed before letting them out. If you have indoor cats, I will make sure they are safe inside of your home at ALL times. I will only feed your pets treats & food that you provide to avoid any allergic reactions. I triple check that all doors to your home are locked while I take your dog(s) out for a walk and after I leave. I am comfortable using any security systems you might have to ensure that your home is completely secure. If you confine your dog to a space for their safety while you are not home, (crate, room, playpen, etc.), I will also triple check that they are secured in that space before I leave. I will do everything in my power to make you & your pet(s) feel as comfortable as possible. Please communicate any safety concerns you might have with me. Your peace of mind is my top priority!

I work from home Monday through Friday, so I’m always looking for an excuse to take a break from my desk and get outside. I’m available for dog walks, drop-in visits, play sessions, or staying in your home while you’re away to keep your pet company and give them a little vacation of their own. I also love cats and have fostered both dogs and cats in NYC over the last several years. Excited to meet your furry friend! About: I have own several different animals. As well as work for petco for 3 years. I had a Doberman growing up. I work with the animals shelter to take care of the puppies at my petco. We would walk them and feed them give water. Change their wee wee pads if needed and most of all show them love and play with them I’m currently working as Direct support professional Sunday - Thursday 3pm-11pm my off days are usually Friday and Saturday. So be available for pet care on those days and can do mornings before work on general weekdays. If in client house I will listen and respect any rules for the animals or care guide for the animals. If pet care is at my home or area. I would walk the dog in my neighborhood or near by parks.
