About: Hi my name is Jen. I am a huge animal lover. I’ve been a dog and cat owner most of my life. Ive also being the proud owner of ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits and fish. I currently have 2 amazing kitties (2 and 3 yr old) my beloved yorkie passed away last year at the age of 15 from renal failure, she fought for over 2 yrs, my brave little girl. I’ve cared for dogs from 5lbs to 140lbs. I have a lot of patience with animals and treat them as my own. Children and pets are the precious family members who need TLC, which is why I spent most of my adult life in a career caring for both. It is so hard to trust someone to care for your pets while you are away, but be rest assured that you will feel comfortable and at ease with me. Your pet will be cared for as if they are my own. I’m extra cautious when it comes to caring for your fur baby. I make sure all gates are shut before letting them outside. I will let them out to make sure they do their business and play w them as well. If u need me to walk them I will leash them securely and make sure to not have any other dogs come too close unless told otherwise. Leaving your home, I am extremely careful making sure your pets do not slip out the door.

About: I grew up with golden retrievers my whole life, and now have a spunky German shepherd mix added into our family. I am a highly trained veterinary receptionist of going on 5 years with extreme background knowledge of veterinary medicine. Will be able to tell beginning signs if your pet is unwell in my care. I work full-time as a veterinary receptionist but have three days off during the week as I work a long shifts. Fridays, I am off early at 3pm! I can administer all types of medication quickly and comfortably. I am extremely knowledgeable in the safety and importance of sanitation of pet waste and food/water dishes. Some pets may require more specific care and boundaries than others, I am prepared for this!

About: Certified vet assistant and experienced kennel worker. My first job with dogs was at a fun little daycamp/boarding place called Camp Bow-Wow. I gained a lot of experience in handling and training. The enviroment I worked in was often filled with dogs running around a huge play yard, and it was my job to keep the peace (making sure they don’t fight, hump, or eat poop). During my time there I attended vet assistance courses at Bosces and earned a certification. I worked at an animal hospital in Oyster Bay, then in Woodbury. I’ll soon be leaving my current job (sanitation) to come back into the pet care business, which I enjoy far more. My schedule will open up tremendously by the 20th, until then I am readily available for afternoons. Im also good with cats, as long as they’re friendly!

About: Dogs have been apart of my life for as long as I can remember. I worked as a dog walker while I was in college and I loved it! I always make sure that doors leading outside are kept closed and locked and will make sure to walk into the house/apartment carefully so that no one gets out. I also make sure that leashes and harnesses are put on properly and comfortably before heading out for a walk. I can crate animals if needed and I never leave any food or other items out that could potentially be consumed by the pet. Your pet will always be safe with me!

About: I have cared for the furry friends of my family members, friends, and neighbors. Since I was very young, I had always had a passion and love for animals. I grew up with Rottweiler's in my home that were my best friends. In 2020, I adopted my first kitten that was orphaned by her mom at just 4 weeks old, from an overcrowded shelter. Since then, I have began pet sitting my neighbors 7 cats, as well as raise (2) new Rottweiler puppies, and take care of elderly pets who take medications na have medical issues. I work from home with a very flexible schedule that can be adapted to most schedules and needs. I love to walk and would be happy to go on very long walks with all pups! My cat is an indoor only cat for her health and safety. I have pet insurance for her and keep her the perfect weight to keep her healthy! I care very much about animals health and well being!

About: I have worked with dogs since I was in middle school. I currently am in the process of getting my dog grooming license and work at an animal shelter at the moment. I have experience with large dogs to small dogs, scared and nervous dogs, Mouthy and jumpy dogs, walking strong pulling dogs, administering medication and Grooming! I am just looking to fill my free time doing something I love and passionate about! I’m currently working part-time at an animal shelter and I just received my dog grooming license. About: Hello! My name is Riley, I’m 25 years old, and I have lived and cared for animals for 18+ years. I had a golden retriever who has passed, and I have two cats Charlie and Nyla, whom I adore and love to play/take care of! I have experience walking small and big dogs and hyperactive furry friends. Growing up, I would walk my neighbor's dogs multiple times a week and spend time at their houses while they were on vacation. I can also work with other types of animals as well if need be! I am flexible. I’m currently a barista, so I have a flexible work schedule! Most of the time I’d like a couple of days in advance notice, however if it’s last minute, please feel free to contact me about dropping in! Weekends available as well. When my family dog was still alive, we would feed her early in the am and let her out. We'd feed her again mid-day and once more at night. We would walk her once a day and play with her outside for a chunk of time. As for my cats, we would feed them wet food morning and night and some dry food mid-day. Litter box cleaning would occur a couple of times a week and playtime, was basically all the time!
