About: I truly have always felt my purpose was to take care of animals. Every animal I see I feel a connection with, whether I know them for 14 years or 14 minutes. They hold such a special place in my heart. When it comes to animals, of ANY kind I have the softest spot for them. It’s sometimes hard to explain my love for them because it runs so deeply. I have had many dogs and cats throughout my lifetime and they have never once failed me and I truly don’t think I have ever failed them. I have trained my own puppies in the past and I will continue training your puppy if that is where you’re at with your puppy. My dogs and cats have also turned into seniors as well and I am prepared to do something as simple as sitting on the couch and cuddling with them. I have had to pick up my senior dogs who couldn’t walk, hand feed them when they could no longer eat, help them to the bathroom and I have loved every second that I could be there for them and help them in their time of need because for the years they gave me, they always helped and loved me unconditionally. I am currently not working and home raising my 2.5 year old son and my 1.5 year old pup! My son is in activities throughout the week but they don’t take up too much time. I would only be gone for about 2 hours a day MAX! I have a 6 foot fenced in yard with a large leveled patio and grass for your furbaby to enjoy sunbathing, playing in the snow, running and playing. I currently have a 1.5 year old female puppy named Roxy! She is an ANGEL!! She gets along with every dog. She is about 35 pounds, fully grown. I also have a 2.5 year old son who calls Roxy his “sissy”. He, like his mother is a huge animal (of all kinds) lover. I do have a small crate and an extra large crate from my previous dogs. The small crate can hold up to about a 20 pound dog where the large crate can hold up to about a 100 pound dog. I am willing to discuss whatever it is that your fur baby needs because I know they are all different and require different things!

About: Only one pup family at a time! Very personal experience at my home caring for your fur baby! Stay at home mom that treats your pup as a member of our family. Constant care and updates offered. Schedule sent every night of our day together and they will have a companion for their entire stay. Had a family pet for 18 years and two rescues since then. I’ve worked in children’s daycare and was a nanny for a year as well. I have house sat dogs, rabbits, and guinea pigs too. My husband and two young boys keep your pet entertained and happy during their time with us and will receive constant attention as well. During your pet’s stay they will choose where they’d like to sleep and feel genuinely comfortable. I really do enjoy making your pup happy. Dogs give us everything they have and I love giving as much as I can back to them! No better love than from an animal. I stay at home now and have a fully fenced yard. Don’t have a dog of my own at the moment mainly because my husband and I are trying to find the right rescue for us! I have plenty of time for your pup and will keep you updated through each step of our day night together! Fully fenced yard. Daily walks as well. I have a large soft play pen available if my client feels more comfortable keeping their dog gated in. Otherwise we can set up their toys, bed, feeding area anywhere the animals feel most happy. If pup is crate trained we have our own here (one small size and one extra large) but only if the owner prefers otherwise they are free to roam.

About: The day I was born, I came home to a Bernese Mountain dog who grew to become my best friend. Ever since then, I have had an incredibly strong bond with dogs. “There is nobody I could recommend more for a job being a caregiver to pets than Shannen. Since I’ve known her, she’s always been an animal lover. I have seen first hand the affection she shows towards all animals. Her family has always had a dog, and she was the main caregiver. She would dogsit for our old tenant on a daily basis when he would go to work. Shannen is also very active in the community, volunteering to work with children through the PAL (Police Athletic League). Having a wide open schedule keeps her free throughout the day to stay both active and focused. We had a Guinea pig, and it lived a life of luxury thanks to the time and care Shannen would give to him.”
