About: I’ve taken care of various breeds of dogs over the past 11 years — including my own, other family members’, as well as friends’ and acquaintances’ — whether it’s for a walk around the neighborhood or spending some quality time while the family’s away Being a teacher, my week availability doesn’t really start till 3:30 (unless there’s a break). However, my weekends are more open, so I have more availability to stop by and visit with your pups! While visiting with your pet, I will keep an eye on them during walks and potty breaks, making sure they are secure on their leash and in their yard.

Watching for a pet can be like caring for a newborn. I always make sure if there are any fences or gates they are closed before letting mine or anyone’s pet outside. I take precautions with walks with the heat with paw balm and making sure the leash is on correctly and stays on a different side of the street from other dogs with a strong grip. Safety always comes first and working with dogs you learn to make sure every precaution is taken with safety.

About: My first job was as a dog walker when I was 12! I have grown up with cats and dogs - caring for them from puppies/kittens through to their golden years. I have also dog/house sat for a large rescue + their several senior cats! My goal is to get to know each pet I interact with so that me and your pet can enjoy our time together. About: I have been around dogs for most of my life, having owned two dogs from ages 6-20, and I have since gained hands-on experience caring for pets with a wide range of personalities, ages and needs. I’ve pet sat for both cats and dogs, including caring for four cats and two dogs at once, managing litter boxes, wet and dry food routines, playtime and plenty of attention and affection. I also have experience administering oral medications and eye drops to dogs. One experience especially that sets me apart is caring for a Catahoula Leopard dog who was paralyzed in her hind legs, which involved expressing her bladder and assisting with her mobility alongside caring for another dog in the home. I’m comfortable with puppies as well, having provided drop-in care for a golden retriever at both 3 months and 6 months old, as well as extended dog and house sitting for a 2-year old golden retriever. Across my pet-sitting experience, I’ve provided regular walks, baths, light grooming, feeding, playtime and lots of one-on-one attention.
