About: As w most people here i have a love for animals and am on track for a career in veterinary medicine. I have a dog of my own but also have a wide range of skills with many different animals (rodent, reptiles, various exotics, etc) due to my experience working in and completing a two year BOCES program for veterinary medicine assisting which included dogs and cats ofc. I currently volunteer at a shelter walking the dogs there so I'm equipped to handle dogs of many sizes and temperaments. I also have experience working w cats of various sizes and temperaments from a separate shelter. I'm very good w adjusting my technique and handling for different animals in order to safely and properly handle them in the ways they need/ feel comfortable. Im confident in my skills and always willing to learn/ experience new situations. sooo yea im here☺️ I currently have a part-time job, but it has very flexible hours and while I am a student, I usually take these jobs on during breaks or downtime so I have open availability. I do personally have a fenced backyard and a dog back home usually if I’m hosting another dog I do my best to keep their schedules consistent but separate as my dog is very selective. When Wawa was having some issues during the stay, she went completely above and beyond, frequently extending her scheduled visits just to make sure my little Shih Tzu was safe and comfortable. On top of the exceptional care, Amy’s summary report cards were an absolute highlight of my trip; her fantastic prose and incredible comedic timing made them super funny and a joy to read. I felt completely at ease knowing Wawa was in such dedicated, compassionate hands.

Lily has been watching our pups and house sitting for us for the last year and we are so lucky to have her! She takes amazing care of our three pups (a very shy and particular husky, a golden, and a super high energy Dutch shepherd). She manages each pups personality beautifully and all three love her, which is a big deal considering our girl dog is very particular with who she lets care for her! We never have to worry when we go away because we know that the dogs love Lily and she has a ton of experience to manage all of the different breeds and their needs! I am a senior living with my 5 senior cats. They are my family and their happiness is my happiness. Although I like to travel, I hesitate to ask my son and daughter-in-law to take care of them over and over again while I am out of town. I was planning to visit my other son and his family to see my grandkids in NC. I decided to give a try to drop-in care. After checking all the options, I decided on SARAH based on her background and reviews. What a choice I made; she was excellent, deserving more than 5 stars. First of all, she is an animal lover. My cats have a strong sense if a person likes them or not. They will either come to great that person or totally disappear. Looking at the pictures Sarah provided, they are all around her. Even on her shoulder, hugging. Yes, she sent me plenty of pictures every day, including before and after pictures of their plates, litter boxes, She let me know every detail about their wellbeing even sent me the pictures of throw ups, if she found one. When I was back, I found the house clean and in order. She even took all the garbage out with her. Well, I couldn’t ask anything more from her. I feel very comfortable leaving my cats with her again.
Diego has been doing a great job of taking care of my outdoor kitties for the past several months. My Kitties are a shy bunch, but Diego has been very patient and kind with them, thus helping me to travel without any worries. I would highly recommend Diego to take care of any one's pets while they are away on vacation or for daily visits. Thank again Diego for doing such a great job!
Sydney was great. We were very apprehensive about leaving Penny alone. We were going away and our usual sitter had a last-minute change of plans. She doesn't do well boarding anywhere so we had Sydney stop in to dogsit. She was great with communication and did everything we asked to make our dog feel more comfortable with us not being home. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
