My son is in activities throughout the week but they don’t take up too much time. I would only be gone for about 2 hours a day MAX! I have a 6 foot fenced in yard with a large leveled patio and grass for your furbaby to enjoy sunbathing, playing in the snow, running and playing. I currently have a 1.5 year old female puppy named Roxy! She is an ANGEL!! She gets along with every dog. She is about 35 pounds, fully grown. I also have a 2.5 year old son who calls Roxy his “sissy”. He, like his mother is a huge animal (of all kinds) lover. I do have a small crate and an extra large crate from my previous dogs. The small crate can hold up to about a 20 pound dog where the large crate can hold up to about a 100 pound dog. I am willing to discuss whatever it is that your fur baby needs because I know they are all different and require different things!

We were staying out on Long Island, and had event tickets each day in the city, so we needed flexible doggie day care hours to accommodate our needs. We felt so very blessed to find Sarah! She welcomed Violet into her home and treated her like family. She is very well equipped to care for any pets and has plenty of equipment and facilities thoughtfully laid out in her home and yard. She has thought of everything her guests could possible need! She kept us very well informed throughout the visit so I didn’t have to worry and wonder about our baby one bit. She obviously loves animals and treated our sweet girl like her very own. Violet was so happy to get there each day and loved playing with all the people and pets in Sarah’s household. I have only ever used day care services on Rover and really couldn’t imagine boarding our fur baby with someone other than a family member, but I wouldn’t hesitate to leave her at Sarah’s! I know I would get professional care, steady communication, and the most loving environment! I cannot recommend her more highly!”

About: I have own several different animals. As well as work for petco for 3 years. I had a Doberman growing up. I work with the animals shelter to take care of the puppies at my petco. We would walk them and feed them give water. Change their wee wee pads if needed and most of all show them love and play with them I’m currently working as Direct support professional Sunday - Thursday 3pm-11pm my off days are usually Friday and Saturday. So be available for pet care on those days and can do mornings before work on general weekdays. If in client house I will listen and respect any rules for the animals or care guide for the animals. If pet care is at my home or area. I would walk the dog in my neighborhood or near by parks.

About: My wife and I have been taking care of dogs of all sizes since we were children and currently have 2 dogs of our own: a husky and a lab mix. We have a cozy house where the pups are free to roam throughout the day and night. We also have crates of most sizes, if your dog would rather be crated. Our family loves dogs and would love to provide a fun, safe and comfortable place to stay for your dog! I work from home full time, except for 1 or 2 days a month, and even those days, I am only in the office half the day. I'm fully available to attend to all your doggies needs! I have a sizeable fully fenced in yard, with plenty of toys to play fetch. I have 2 dogs who enjoy running around with other dogs. They have gone to dog parks and doggy daycare/boarding. I also have a 1 year old daughter who loves animals and can give supervised pets and cuddles.

About: I grew up in a house full of pets and have volunteered at various pet rescues. Now, 51 years later, through every chapter of my life, milestones, joys, and losses, there has always been a pet by my side. I can’t imagine a home without the sound of paws, the comfort of companionship, or the simple, grounding presence of an animal. I work full time from home and am happy to be flexible to any schedule. This works particularly well for pets that are used to a routine. My pets include a Labrador Retriever named "Jax" who is 6 years old. Jax likes to run about in our fenced yard. I also have 3 cats named "Beau", "Shadow" and "Oliver" who remain indoor. All of my babies are rescues.

About: Hello! I am a young active working professional. I work from home during the week and am home weekends. I love my Siberian Husky, Pi, and my shorthair Border Collie, Jinx. We like to play catch and go to the dog parks together. Both of my dogs are up to date on vaccines. They love medium to big dogs and not as good with small dogs. Pi loves to cuddle and Jinx can play all day! They are really friendly and sweet. We have pillows and couches laying around and a fenced yard with lots of fetching balls that they can play in. Our house is spacious and we have people home around most of the day. We would love to host other dogs for companionship. I'm working full time from home and control my own working schedule so I will have plenty of time to play with your dog! My two dogs and I typically go outside and play three times during the day. I have a big fenced yard for my dogs (and yours!) with a garden where they can roam around. I also have a little doggie pool in the summer. Our two dogs really like to play outside! We have a small kid who loves dogs and so are looking to host dogs that are friendly with kids.

About: I've had dogs for my entire life since I was a child. Bred Australian shepherds, so comfortable with puppies. My aussie had 11 pups. Such a wonderful time, bottle feeding. Have gone to many dog training classes. The dogs are part of the family while here. Not caged unless you want them crated when I'm not home. When they are outside I stay with them entire time, not left in back yard without me there to supervise. Simply adore dogs and all their own personalities. I take the time to spend individual and special time with the dog everyday while staying with me. Have my own dog, An Australian shepherd named Jilli, she simply loves having dog friends over so she can play and sharing her dog toys. Her favorite thing is playing catch in the backyard with a dog friend.

About: I’ve had dogs all of my life. I’ve had small dogs such as Yorkies, Medium dogs, such as Poodles and Terriers and Large dogs, such as a Redbone hound! I feed, give treats, play, walk, bath and most of all - LOVE on all of my pets! I just love all animals, I have my whole life 🐾❤️ If we went back in time, and you asked we the infamous question "what do you want to be when you grow up", my response was "A Veterinarian". Unfortunately, I didn't go that route because I'm unable to see animals sick and suffering :( I ENJOY seeing and playing with happy, healthy pups... and I will treat your dog the way that I treat my babies!!! I’m currently working Full Time from my home, and I take frequent breaks to care for my animals. I’m off on the weekends, so I’ll have more time to play, walk and take care of your pup! I enjoy being home and I feel so fortunate that I'm able to make my own schedules from here. I have a dog sitter on Rover for our dog. When we first used her, of course - I was nervous, which is totally normal. BUT - after his first visit with the sitter, he came home happy and healthy!! I lOVED how it was 1:1 sitting. She was very responsive too when we were away, which I very much appreciated. I love this dog service and just because of my love of animals, too - I've decided to become a sitter myself !!! I have a full fenced in yard with a big patio to sunbathe. We also have grass and a semi-inground pool. Our dog is a friendly Redbone Hound that LOVES other dogs. He’s the friendliest dog ever. He’s out in the yard a ton during the nice days, and LOVES the snow, too! I have 2 daughters ages 11 and 8 who have the same love for pets as I do. I’ve been so lucky my whole life to have had such amazing pets.

About: I have cared for animals ever since I was a little girl, have always had a dog in the house and would walk our neighbors dogs for fun every day. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, lizards etc. I am currently at stay at home mom for my 2 young daughters. I’m looking to make some extra money and play with as many dogs as possible with a my free time. We have a fenced in yard large enough for all types of dogs to run and play in. We also have double gates for extra safety in the yard. Inside the house we have gates set up to block off the livingroom where we can limit your dog from having access to the front door when people are entering and exiting the home. We also have a guest room that can be used if your pet gets overwhelmed or nervous and needs some alone or quiet time

About: Attentiveness, love and kindness. I give them the care they deserve not just need. I have had animals 25 years. I need animals as much as they need us. I am available to give injections and medications as our current cat has diabetes. I work from home so I am available the majority of the day besides errands. I also have cared for a senior yellow lab for the last several years before he went over the rainbow bridge. I’ve had cats my whole adult life while Most of our friends and family have dogs. I really enjoy watching my sisters poodle and cavalier mix. I have also care for my mother in laws dog who was over 100 pounds. Growing up with a shitzue im very familiar with small and large breeds with many different temperaments . I work from home so I am easily available and love the company . I love walking so long walks and potty breaks are easily do able . We will be with the pet most the day besides errands. I would never accept a job If i wasn't home the majority of the day for that animal. I have a fenced in yard, an alarm system and are aware of dogs signals and needs to be able to build trust with them to make sure they are comfortable. With having two children as well my first priority is always safety. I would also be able to send pictures of your pet while you are away so you can see their daily activity as well. If facetime is a request I can accommodate that as well.
