Sarah abs her family were amazing. She kept us up to date with texts, photos and videos every day. She paid special attention to every detail about our pups and gave us some excellent tips on modifying certain behaviors. We would definitely recommend her without hesitation.

Sarah is an exceptional caregiver for our pup Leela! She was so thorough when we dropped Leela off and made sure every single area that Leela would be in was shown to us. There is tremendous care and intention that Sarah puts into her services and it shows. Leela was at ease being with her, and we will be dropping Leela off to hang out with Sarah, her children, and her pup every time we are in Long Island. Her daughter also drew leela two beautiful drawings and one can tell your pup will be treated like family. She is also very attentive and well versed in caring for a puppy’s needs.

I am a senior living with my 5 senior cats. They are my family and their happiness is my happiness. Although I like to travel, I hesitate to ask my son and daughter-in-law to take care of them over and over again while I am out of town. I was planning to visit my other son and his family to see my grandkids in NC. I decided to give a try to drop-in care. After checking all the options, I decided on SARAH based on her background and reviews. What a choice I made; she was excellent, deserving more than 5 stars. First of all, she is an animal lover. My cats have a strong sense if a person likes them or not. They will either come to great that person or totally disappear. Looking at the pictures Sarah provided, they are all around her. Even on her shoulder, hugging. Yes, she sent me plenty of pictures every day, including before and after pictures of their plates, litter boxes, She let me know every detail about their wellbeing even sent me the pictures of throw ups, if she found one. When I was back, I found the house clean and in order. She even took all the garbage out with her. Well, I couldn’t ask anything more from her. I feel very comfortable leaving my cats with her again.

Sarah and her lovely family took care of our little Yorkie for five days while my husband and I were visiting in New York City. We were staying out on Long Island, and had event tickets each day in the city, so we needed flexible doggie day care hours to accommodate our needs. We felt so very blessed to find Sarah! She welcomed Violet into her home and treated her like family. She is very well equipped to care for any pets and has plenty of equipment and facilities thoughtfully laid out in her home and yard. She has thought of everything her guests could possible need! She kept us very well informed throughout the visit so I didn’t have to worry and wonder about our baby one bit. She obviously loves animals and treated our sweet girl like her very own. Violet was so happy to get there each day and loved playing with all the people and pets in Sarah’s household. I have only ever used day care services on Rover and really couldn’t imagine boarding our fur baby with someone other than a family member, but I wouldn’t hesitate to leave her at Sarah’s! I know I would get professional care, steady communication, and the most loving environment! I cannot recommend her more highly!

I highly recommend Sarah for their incredibly thoughtful and attentive care. They were very observant and even reached out to ask permission to moisturize my pup’s paws after a walk in the snowy weather. It’s a relief to find a sitter who truly treats your pet like their own and pays such close attention to the small details.

Sarah was fantastic and sent several photo updates throughout the day, which really put my mind at ease. I especially appreciated that she followed my specific feeding instructions perfectly. It’s clear she actually enjoy having pets around and welcomes them into her family.
