We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. Charlotte was absolutely amazing with our girl Lexi!! Not only did she make us feel so relieved and secure the entirety of our trip, but Lexi eventually opened up to her which is something so huge for her. We were very very anxious about trying a sitter again considering Lexi had a terrible experience with a past sitter, which has caused mistrust towards strangers. It took some time and warming up to do but eventually Lexi caved in! Charlotte sent so many pictures and updates throughout the day which we absolutely loved. She is very sweet, patient, understanding with Lexi’s situation, and just overall an awesome sitter. Lexi will definitely be coming back!!
Trevor and Sabrina did an absolutely amazing job with my dog, Clyde. I received photos, communication was seamless, and due to my travels being delayed was able to have my dog spend some extra time there with no hesitation.
