There house was very clean and the enclosed backyard was very spacious leaving a lot of room for the dogs to play and secure enough to prevent them from getting out. “Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”

My dogs can be reactive with stranger animals and can also show signs of possessiveness around food and toys, but Kayla’s family were very mindful of this and gave us regular updates even when we weren’t able to respond much. Dilania went above and beyond. I had a last minute appointment and with only 3 day notice Dilania was able to accommodate me. Her care for my 1 year old Yorkie who has terrible separation anxiety was incredible. Dilania kept me informed and sent me videos of Cooper. When I picked Cooper up the next day he did not want to leave. Dilania has 2 dogs that loved to play with Cooper and Cooper loved every minute of it. I would highly recommend Dilania to anyone and I will definitely be using her again!
Kate was outstanding from start to finish. She made us feel comfortable with leaving our dog with her and went above and beyond to take care of him. She had her own space separate from other animals she has and stayed there with our dog the entire time. Kate sent us daily updates and made sure he was safe and well taken care of. This was the first time someone other than family watched our chocolate lab and Krissy did not disappoint!! She showed him love and care. He had a blast at her house for the week. She kept us updated throughout his stay by sending pictures and answered all questions in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and will be using again!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Nia. From the first contact, she was kind and professional. We did a meet and greet before our trip and it was instantly obvious that this was the right person to care for our girl while we were away. We had some uncomfortable past experiences when leaving our dog at a facility and vowed never to do it again. So we tried Rover for the first time, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. Cindy did great with Candy! Candy is definitely spoiled and needy most days but Cindy was able to meet all her needs and keep her content and resting while we were away on vacation. We enjoyed receiving little videos of her everyday and We will definitely use Cindy again in the future.
