About: I love dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages, but I have the most experience with caring for adolescent to senior dogs. I have experience administering medication if necessary, and adhering to special diets per veterinary instruction. Pet care is my main job! About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my extensive hands on experience in veterinary care. I’ve worked as an emergency veterinary assistant at a 24/7 specialist hospital and currently work as a veterinary assistant at a general practice clinic. I am currently attending Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Animal Science. This background gives me a deep understanding of animal behavior, health, and emergency care. About: I’ve been a dog owner for over 25 years. I have experience with different dog breeds, sizes and ages. I also had hamsters for years. I care for friends and other family member’s dogs. I walk, bathe, play, feed, give medication when needed, and even just keep pets company while they are with me. Communication is very important while pets are in my care so I will be in close contact and send pictures. I absolutely love animals and would have 10 of my own if I could! I work part-time so I have availability in my schedule to let dogs out, feed, play and walk. I also have time on weekends to help when needed. I am extremely reliable and responsible. About: I have had a love for animals all my life. I have 3 kitties of my own, and cat-sit for other cats occasionally. I also used to babysit for a family that has a king corso, that I absolutely adored! His name is bubba and weighs about 150. I am very comfortable with larger dogs so that is no issue. I would treat your beloved pet as if it were my own, because all animals should be treated with love, no matter who is giving it! I had also volunteered for last hope animal shelter for 2 years before I started college. It was one of the best experiences of my life. I got to interact with cats and dogs and watch them get adopted into their forever homes. I’m currently studying for exams, for prerequisite courses in the fall. I work a part-time job, but my schedule is very flexible, so I’m able to easily work around pet care needs. I can adjust my shifts or pick up pet visits throughout the day or week without any issue. I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can play and get exercise, and we always keep the yard clean and secure so pets can enjoy it safely. I treat all the fur babies with love and as if they are my own ❤️ I do work from home so I am able to give the fur babies attention and take them for walks I work from home and have lots of flexibility. This allows me to give your fur babies the attention they need. I am able to take them on walks and take time to play with them as well. I live in an apartment but I allow pets to roam free in my home. I do have blankets and toys as well for your pets. My apartment complex has lots of grass where they can run and play as well. If you require your pet to be in a crate I can do that as well.
