I’ve been raising, helping to raise, and training animals since I was 10 years old! Dozens of horses, dozens of dogs, 6 birds, and 2 cats later, I dare say I enjoy the company of animals more than people. I worked for a company called PupStrut in Manhattan when I was attending college for all 3 years at that school. I provided training and a full hour walk for 3-5 dogs/day roughly 3 days/week. (Sometimes more, sometimes less depending on the client)

I need a meet and greet with the owner to learn about the ins and outs of a pet’s space, their dietary needs, health issues, personality quirks, level of training, and what training needs they may require. I’m a quick learner and I’m organized to a flaw.

I am so glad I found Sam! She is the best dog walker I ever had. She comes 4 times a week to walk my mountain shepherd rescue, Rosie. I walk her at least 4 miles but Sam comes in the evening to walk her another couple of miles - she needs a lot of exercise! Reliable, relatable, strong, kind, I can’t say enough. Anybody who uses Sam is making the right choice
I thank my lucky stars that I found Sam on Rover! She has been walking Rosie four times a week for the past several months and she is absolutely amazing. Rose is a rare Mountain Shepherd rescued from Serbia and needs 5-7 miles of walking a day! This breed is not meant for the suburbs. She’s super strong, stubborn and independent but Sam knows exactly how to work with her. I’m so grateful and relieved that Sam is my dog walker and you would be too.
Sam has been walking Rosie 4 times a week for the past few months. I am so happy to have found her on Rover - she is absolutely fantastic - reliable, sweet, smart, and she knows how to deal with my stubborn, independent, freakishly strong girl. If anybody is looking for the most competent, wonderful dog walker, Sam is the one!
Sam is incredibly empathetic person! She took such a great care of our girl and we would highly recommend her to anyone. Looking forward to invite her again when we will be traveling.
I am so lucky to have found Sam M to walk Rosie. She's exactly what Rose needs - strong, firm, loving, all together. As I am too lenient to be a good trainer, Sam has been working with Rose every walk (she walks her 4 times a week in the evening), to help her become her best self. Sam comes on time - she's very responsible, but most important is that Rose ADORES her. So do I.
Sam is an amazing pet person. She took such great care of my dog Finn. I felt so comfortable with knowing she was caring for him. We will be back for many more stays.

Schedule
I’m freelancing and cleaning houses part time currently. I am helping care for my in-laws animals as well. I’d love to help a few other families care for their furry babies!
