We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. Carina took good care of Sadie. We loved getting the regular photo and video updates. Seeing Sadie is safe and happy especially over the July 4th weekend with lots of fireworks set our minds at ease. Carina was attentive with Sadie’s walks and routine toothbrushing. We also appreciate her fenced backyard and double-door entry.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Nia. From the first contact, she was kind and professional. We did a meet and greet before our trip and it was instantly obvious that this was the right person to care for our girl while we were away. Cindy did great with Candy! Candy is definitely spoiled and needy most days but Cindy was able to meet all her needs and keep her content and resting while we were away on vacation. We enjoyed receiving little videos of her everyday and We will definitely use Cindy again in the future.
