“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”

She constantly kept me updated with messages, pictures, and videos, which meant so much and really helped me relax while I was away. It was so clear that my dog was being well cared for. Brenda was always taking her on walks and spending time playing with her. When I picked her up, of course my baby missed me, but I could truly tell she had formed such a loving bond with Brenda. “I am so satisfied with Alba’s dog sitting for my two dogs this past weekend! I have an almost four year old and a fourteen year old dog, and Alba cared for both of their different needs excellently. I received frequent updates without having to ask, and was able to meet her and visit her home before agreeing to let my dogs stay there. She has a fenced in yard that even the smallest of dogs couldn’t escape through, and she lives in a walkable neighborhood with sidewalks. Right away, my two boys felt at home during our pre-visit. Heeyoung is a fantastic dog sitter. She’s great at managing interactions between different dogs and has an excellent system to allow for meet and greets and slow introductions. She gave regular photo and video updates and handled our dogs medication schedule well. We’ll definitely use her services again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience with Matt & Kristina! Matt & Kristina were absolutely amazing from start to finish! From our very first meet-and-greet, they took the time to get to know Rocky and make sure he would be a good fit for their family and their two beautiful dogs. Matt showed us their yard and explained where Rocky would be safe to run around and play. He gave us a full rundown of everything and patiently answered all of our questions, which immediately made us feel comfortable and confident leaving Rocky with them. We ended up booking a full week! Throughout Rocky’s stay, we received regular updates, pictures, videos, and text messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was so wonderful to see how happy and comfortable Rocky was. He got along great with their family dogs and even their super-cute daughter! You can truly tell that Matt & Kristina genuinely care about the dogs in their care and treat them like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Matt & Kristina and will definitely be booking with them again in the future, especially when we need to travel out of the country. Carina took good care of Sadie. We loved getting the regular photo and video updates. Seeing Sadie is safe and happy especially over the July 4th weekend with lots of fireworks set our minds at ease. Carina was attentive with Sadie’s walks and routine toothbrushing. We also appreciate her fenced backyard and double-door entry.

Rocio was so great with Ace and Bella! My five year old labrador husky and golden retriever were so happy with Rocio. She was so caring and loving with them and it was overall a great experience! I have nothing but positive things to say about Nia. From the first contact, she was kind and professional. We did a meet and greet before our trip and it was instantly obvious that this was the right person to care for our girl while we were away. Cindy did great with Candy! Candy is definitely spoiled and needy most days but Cindy was able to meet all her needs and keep her content and resting while we were away on vacation. We enjoyed receiving little videos of her everyday and We will definitely use Cindy again in the future.
