Hi, I’m Alissa! I’m so happy you’re here. Zeny’s Pawctuary was created with one simple goal—to give dogs a place that feels like home. I know how difficult it can be to leave your best friend behind, which is why I’ve built a calm, loving environment where every pup is treated like family. With years of hands-on experience in veterinary medicine, dog daycare, and dog walking, I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. Today, as a stay-at-home mom, I’m able to dedicate my days to providing personalized care, constant supervision, and lots of love to every dog who walks through my door. Here, your dog won’t just be another booking. They’ll have a cozy place to nap, friends to play with, a secure fenced yard to explore, plenty of enrichment, and someone who truly enjoys getting to know their unique personality. Whether it’s their first visit or their fiftieth, my promise is always the same: to care for your dog as if they were one of my own. I can’t wait to welcome your pup into our little family. 🤍🐾

We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than Alissa! She took such incredible care of Koda while we were away, and getting daily photos and updates made all the difference for our peace of mind. You can really tell she treats the pets in her care like her own. We highly recommend her and will definitely be booking with her again—Koda can’t wait for his next visit!

Like most people, I was very nervous about leaving my dogs with someone while I was away. However, from the moment I met Alissa I knew my two babies would be okay. She spent a lot of time with us during our initial meet and greet. She answered all our questions and allowed our dogs to hang out in her backyard and just really reassured us that she will love them the same way we do. She communicated regularly while we were gone and sent pictures and videos. What I also appreciated is that she is flexible with drop off and pick up times. So instead of our dogs staying another night, we were able to pick them up on our way home from our trip. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alyssa was absolutely wonderful with Roxie! It was very clear from the moment we met that she genuinely loves animals and truly cares about the dogs she watches. While I was away, she kept me updated with pictures and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. Roxie was well cared for, happy, and in great hands. I am currently a stay a home mom and will be with the dogs all day and creating a safe, loving environment comes naturally to me.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard with extra security to avoid escapes, i also watch them while outside. We have two baby gates blocking the livingroom that leads to our front door and two front doors for extra security. I feed all dogs separately so no cross contamination of food. We have beds around the entire house & a room dedicated to the dogs that stays open with toys, water, beds & has a door only i can open that leads right outside to yard. I will send pictures and videos throughout the stay and keep you updated on how your furbaby is doing. We have two beautiful friendly, fully trained dogs. We are home all day to play and take care of any fur babies in our care.

We have a huge backyard for the fur babies to play in. We have so many toys and our two dogs who love to play with all the fur babies that stay with us.
