“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”
“Ed was great! We never left Snickers with anyone for more than one night so needless to say we were a little nervous. When we first met Ed, we could tell that he took his job seriously and is a true animal lover. We left Snickers with Ed for four nights and there were no complaints. Ed was great with sending photos and videos and kept us updated each day. Snickers was well taken care of and we would definitely leave him with Ed again. “Karina was amazing from beginning to end. I felt a little skeptical about leaving my fur child with anyone unfamiliar. From texts before the drop off, Karina made me feel comfortable. I received texts, pics and videos of my dog continuously throughout the day to see my dog, adjusting to a new person and environment. I could see my bully taking to Karina very easily which gave me peace of mind while away. Karina was very attentive to my fur baby and making sure that she was her priority while under her care. When I picked up my dog the first thing I asked after expressing my appreciation was, if I ever have to leave my dog with anyone again, can I look you up on Rover and she said yes! “Vanessa and her family took amazing care of my dog Timber. Timber is a medium large rescue with a lot of energy and still learning social manners but they handled him super well. We brought him over for play dates with their dog and boarding. Their backyard was perfect to play with him in. They made Timber feel right at home when we left him there for a few nights. Best sitter ever. Outside of family my babies have never stayed with anyone else.
