Each time I have left my dogs in her care, I have felt completely at ease knowing they are being loved, well-cared for, and have playmates to keep them company while they are apart from their family. She’s communicative (always keeping us updated with the cutest pictures and videos), patient, and goes out of her way to make sure all bases are covered when you have any particular needs for your pups. Being away on a busy holiday weekend, we got stuck in even worse traffic than expected and were late to pick up. She was so understanding and patient which relieved any extra stress we had. Sunny showed some separation anxiety on the first day, and Ivana was extremely patient with her and gave her the time she needed to settle in and feel comfortable. Ivana also did a great job keeping us updated with messages and pictures throughout Sunny’s stay, which really helped put our minds at ease while we were away.
