Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. Ivana was wonderful with Sunny. She is very caring, patient, understanding, and has a very calm, relaxed demeanor that made us feel comfortable right away. Sunny showed some separation anxiety on the first day, and Ivana was extremely patient with her and gave her the time she needed to settle in and feel comfortable. Ivana also did a great job keeping us updated with messages and pictures throughout Sunny’s stay, which really helped put our minds at ease while we were away. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about Sunny and wanted her to feel safe and happy. We felt very comfortable leaving Sunny in her care and would definitely use Ivana again. Highly recommended!
