About: I have been around dogs for most of my life, having owned two dogs from ages 6-20, and I have since gained hands-on experience caring for pets with a wide range of personalities, ages and needs. I’ve pet sat for both cats and dogs, including caring for four cats and two dogs at once, managing litter boxes, wet and dry food routines, playtime and plenty of attention and affection. I also have experience administering oral medications and eye drops to dogs. One experience especially that sets me apart is caring for a Catahoula Leopard dog who was paralyzed in her hind legs, which involved expressing her bladder and assisting with her mobility alongside caring for another dog in the home. I’m comfortable with puppies as well, having provided drop-in care for a golden retriever at both 3 months and 6 months old, as well as extended dog and house sitting for a 2-year old golden retriever. Across my pet-sitting experience, I’ve provided regular walks, baths, light grooming, feeding, playtime and lots of one-on-one attention. I understand every pet has their own routine, personality, and level of care, and I’m comfortable providing everything from my everyday companionship to more hands-on care for pets with special needs. My current schedule is very flexible, as I am studying full-time for the MCAT and create my own study schedule each week. I attend MCAT prep classes on Sunday and Tuesday evenings, but outside of those times, I can easily plan my studying around your pet’s needs. This gives me flexibility for walks, drop-in visits, feeding schedules, playtime, and extended care throughout the week. I’m happy to work with each pet owner to maintain the routine that works best for their pet! I understand that trusting someone with both your pet and your home is a big responsibility. I carefully follow any instructions you provide regarding your pet’s routine, safety, feeding, medications, and household needs. My only request is to be shown where basic cleaning supplies are kept (accidents happen, and that’s completely normal!). I want you to come home to a space that is just as clean, if not cleaner, than when you left it, and most importantly, to a pet who has been safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
About: I am communicative and reliable, I will make sure your pup has the best time during my stay, regular meals, walks, restroom breaks, and non stop fun for the dog. I am responsible and will make sure no danger befalls your beloved furry friend. I may not always available because I go to school and work 2 jobs but I can guarantee you I will be available for your needs at sometime during the day. I will make time for you if not then I will make sure I find a reasonable day and my pricing is great. If I’m chilling at your house with the dog I’ll bring a movie to make sure both of us stay occupied during the stay. Don’t be afraid to call! You might end up being the best decision you ever made. About: My family and I have a huge heart for pets and have raised many fur babies as part of our family, to old age. We have also lovingly cared for many friends and family pets, including Chihuahuas, Poodles, Cats, Guinea pigs, Huskies and a Pomeranian. I am CPR certified through RECOVER. I work from home as an auditor Monday through Friday. Someone is always home as my husband works from home as well. My dad and I had rescued my dog, Ebby, from a busy nearby highway and since that day my love for dogs has grown even more. All I've ever wanted to do was make them as happy as they made me.
