“We loved Anna! She kept us up to date throughout the stay on how our animals were doing and took such great extra care of our dog with epilepsy. We will definitely be using her again!!!”

“Kristen was incredible! She took care of our home and our boxer, Walter, for a week, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly attentive to Walter, provided us with consistent updates, and treated our home with the utmost care and respect. We came home to a very happy dog - can’t recommend her enough!”

“I am so lucky to have found Phaedra, I had so many reservations about hiring someone, mainly because I didn’t want a stranger in my home but she really went above and beyond in making sure this was a seamless process. From the beginning, with the meet and greet portion, it was very clear that Phaedra knew what she was doing when it came to dogs. She gave a lot of advice, was super patient and listened to whatever I would be expressing. During the time I was gone she kept in contact giving tons of updates to with photos and a video which was very comforting. I am very happy and grateful!!!”

“Ali went beyond our expectations as a sitter. She was wonderful and we are so grateful she was able to stay with our pups over the Thanksgiving holiday. Our pups were in great spirits upon our return and our home was looking great. I would strongly recommend her to anyone and will definitely be booking again! Thank you Ali!!”

About: I’ve had numerous cats, dogs, birds and a rabbit! I love animals and the unconditional love they give in return. I would love to have the opportunity to take care of your babies while you are gone and give you the piece of mind you are looking for. I’m retired and have plenty of time to play and check on your fur baby! I adore animals and will love yours as much as I love my own! Currently I am offering services in your home only as I have a high energy puppy in mine. If your dog also is high energy and wants/craves stimulation with a like minded pup, I’d be more than happy to see how they get along! My home has a fenced in yard as well as a doggie door, and my dogs go on numerous walks per day.

I will always make sure your pet is safe, whether it be in the outside or in the home (locking doors, checking the yard, etc).

“Oswald was so incredibly helpful to me and my dog, Bear! Since Bear has mobility challenges, I enrolled him in rehab for physical therapy. Not only did Oswald help me with the lifting and carrying of Bear, he even generously drove us to and from the rehab center. His time, care, and attention meant a lot to me and is deeply appreciated. Thank you so much!”

About: Hi there ☺️👋🏼 I’m Lisa! 🐱💙 I’m a cat sitter and cat mom to my two cats, Oreo and Nala, who sparked my love for feline care back in 2018. Since then, I’ve truly fallen in love with learning about cat behavior, routines, enrichment, and creating a calm environment where cats feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I specialize in cat only drop-in visits, and have experience with shy cats, senior cats, multi-cat households, feeding routines, litter care, enrichment, and medication support. I’m also Pet First Aid & CPR certified and insured. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I am available for morning, evening, and weekend visits. I build my schedule carefully to make sure each cat receives reliable, attentive, and personalized care during every visit. When caring for cats in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their routine, and creating a familiar environment. I follow all care instructions carefully, monitor behavior and health, and move at each cat’s comfort level to build trust. Caring for cats genuinely brings me so much joy, and I’d love the opportunity to connect with you and your kitty family! 🐾💕
South Hempstead pet parents share their Rover experiences
Amazing experience Allanis was great. We treat our dog like family and Allanis made us feel very comfortable. We feel great knowing we can count on her for when we don’t want to leave our pup alone. We are looking forward to booking her in the future. She is very friendly and a good caring person.

Giana was great with my fur babies. Giana made sure they had fresh air and let my babies play outside. My fur babies were well fed and comfortable in her care. I would recommend Gianna to any family or friend that needed pet sitting services. Thank you Gianna for the peace of mind you gave me while I was on vacation.
Kat was amazing with my two big dogs. We have an Australian Shepherd and German Shepherd and can be a lot. Kat made this process so simple. She came for a meet and greet and my dogs (and kids) liked her right away. While we were away, Kat stayed with them in our home. We got a lot of updates and pictures. We came home to a clean house and very happy dogs. Now we can’t wait to go on vacation again, since we know we don’t have to worry about the doggies!

I can’t describe how grateful I am to Nicole. My husband and I went away for our wedding in Mexico and we had the best person we could’ve asked for to watch our boy Buddy Bear. She made it feel like we weren’t even gone and kept us updated all the time with photos. He absolutely loved her as much as we did. Thank you so much Nicole for everything!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover experience! Our 7-month-old White Swiss Shepherd, Dahlia, has never been left with anyone before, so we were nervous but Nancy completely put us at ease. She was so kind, sent us lots of photos and updates, and Dolly had the best time playing with her. When we had an emergency and couldn’t get home on time, Nancy even stayed extra without hesitation. She truly went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful. We’ll definitely be using her again!

Hilma was wonderful first time using Rover and hilma. She came beforehand for a meet and greet which was very appreciated. It was such a relief to find someone I felt comfortable with and trusted to leave my boy with and I will be using her again.
