About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with pets and have been around dogs since I was about seven years old. I also spent time every week on my family's farm, where I became comfortable around many different animals, including dogs, cats, horses, cows, bunnies, turtles, chickens, and ducks. Throughout my life, I've cared for multiple dogs of my own and have also pet sat for friends and family. I'm comfortable with walking, feeding, playtime, maintaining established routines, and reinforcing basic training such as sit, stay, come, leash manners, and house-training habits. Growing up around animals taught me to pay attention to their individual personalities and boundaries. I know that some dogs want to play immediately, while others need patience and time before they feel comfortable with someone new. I bring that same patience and attention to every pet I care for. I'll follow your instructions closely and do my best to keep your dog's routine consistent, safe, and enjoyable while you're away. My schedule is flexible, with my strongest availability from Sunday through Wednesday for walks, drop-in visits, and overnight care. I'm also open to longer stays and recurring bookings during those days. Thursday and Friday availability may vary, but I can sometimes accommodate evening or overnight care if a later arrival works for your pet's routine. Weekend requests may also be possible depending on the dates and your pet's needs. Feel free to reach out with your schedule—I’m happy to see if we can find a good fit. When caring for pets in a client's home, my priority is to keep their environment and routine as familiar and consistent as possible. I follow the owner's instructions closely regarding feeding, walks, medications, training, sleeping arrangements, and any household rules. I take time to learn each pet's personality, energy level, boundaries, and normal behavior rather than assuming every animal should be handled the same way. I'll reinforce the commands and routines you already use instead of introducing unnecessary changes while you're away. I also understand that trusting someone with your pet means trusting them with your home. I treat both with respect, keep the areas I use clean and organized, secure doors and entrances carefully, and communicate if anything unusual happens. During visits or overnight stays, I can provide regular updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing and can feel confident that they're safe, comfortable, and receiving attention.

About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was young. From watching dogs for friends to venturing to dog parks with my dog. I have owned animals for most of my life. I own a caviled King Charles and a calico cat. I am passionate about animals and want any excuse I can to be around them! I am a teacher so I have off this summer! So I have tons of free time to do whatever pet care you need! I am very flexible and am frequently available on weekends! I luv win a quiet neighborhood with little to no traffic. I am located very close to many dog friendly parks that I would love to take your dog to!

About: I have had so much love for dogs for as long as I can remember. I have had several years of experience with my own dog who just passed away at 16 years old. I have such a strong passion for working with dogs. I will have plenty of time to fit pet care into my daily or weekly routine. I currently work at a spa, helping out my dad, so my schedule is super flexible! About: I completed the veterinary assistant program at Nassau Boces. I’ve learned a lot about animal behavior, anatomy, and clinical techniques. I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I have experience administering medications orally & subcutaneously. Safety for everyone is my top priority. My schedule is pretty open. I have very flexible availability. I love to go for walks as well, so why not bring a furry friend? I don’t have any pets at the moment. My last dog recently passed. I’ve owned dogs my whole life so I miss the interaction very much. I have a big yard that is highly fenced but I am also more than willing to walk your dogs as well. I take one client at a time with exceptions of course. These exceptions include pets from the same household, & clients that both have friendly dogs and are comfortable with it. I am completely transparent because safety comes first for the wellbeing of the pet and myself. I live with my parents who are also a huge help if I need to run out there is almost always someone else home.

About: For quite a few years I’ve taken care of dogs for family members, families all over Long Island and never disappointed! I’ve loved dogs all my life and still do. They’re honestly like family to me and I always treat my family with care, respect and love which is what a dog needs. I also have 2 dogs of my own and they is just the best thing that happened to me honestly and that’s why I’m working for this company because I’ve found something that I could work for and love doing what I do at the same time. I treat every dog like they’re mine! Every dog that has been to my house they are treated like our family, care for every one of them. I am home full time! Sometimes I go out to run a few errands which means I put the dogs in a crate but my mother works from home 2 days out of the week so if she’s there, she’ll keep them out and moving around on their own! Other than that, I am very free! Other than that, they will be taken great care of by me. In my home I have a huge clean yard that runs through the back, side and front it is fenced so the dogs could run freely around for daily exercise. I also love to walk so if your dog also loves to, we will definitely be a great match! I have two dogs of my own that’ll keep your lovely dog(s) company. They are very playful and welcoming, one is 6 years old and the other one is 5 years old, with all their shots and up to date with all doctor appointments. This is a smoke free house also. Your baby will be happy & safe here!

I have always had a love for dogs and have watched some of my family and friends dogs for about 2 years and now have my own! I am ambivert. I love the outdoors, playing, and having energy to run and have a great time with mine and your pets. I have a backyard ready to play in and I also live 5 minutes from a trail. I value your pet’s safety and happiness like they are my children too! I work remotely at my house which is near a dog friendly trail and I have a spacious backyard. About: My journey with dogs began with Sparkle, a rescue I raised from eight weeks old. For 14 wonderful years, she was my best friend. In her later years, she navigated life with a disability and absolutely rocked a pink wheelchair. Losing her in 2018 didn't diminish the love she left behind. It redirected it outward, straight toward every dog I've met since. I’ve since adopted Harvey, a rescue Pittie with a backstory that’ll make you cry and a personality that’ll make you laugh. He was found as a critically starving stray in Texas, brought to a high-kill shelter in NYC, and pulled from a euthanasia list just in the nick of time. Harvey has since blossomed into the happiest, goofiest, most brisket-shaped dog you'll ever meet. His favorite hobbies are couch hogging and unhinged zoomies. Rehabilitating him deepened my understanding of canine anxiety, trauma recovery, and the kind of steady, patient love it takes to help a dog truly feel safe. That experience, combined with years of hands-on care for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, is what I bring to every visit. I've worked with elderly and special needs dogs, as well as dogs managing anxiety, hyperactivity, and behavioral challenges, across a wide range of breeds from Pitbulls and Chihuahuas to St. Bernards and Corgis. I'm currently working toward board certification in canine massage therapy through my forthcoming practice. Your pet is family. I'll treat them like it… and probably talk to them in a silly voice the whole time. My schedule revolves around animals, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
