A Truly Special Person Who Has a Gift with Animals 🩷 I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Ella. Leaving my 17-year-old cat, Lily, for 10 days was not easy, especially because Lily is incredibly shy and fearful of people. She was born to a feral mother and, in her 17 years, has never allowed anyone other than me to get close to her. Ella came twice a day to care for Lily, and what happened was truly remarkable. Not only did Ella earn Lily’s trust, but she was actually able to pet her, brush her, and even play with her! Something no one else has ever been able to do. To know that Lily felt safe enough to let Ella into her little world means more to me than words can express. This goes far beyond being a good pet sitter. It takes a very special kind of person to connect with an animal who has spent her entire life keeping humans at a distance. Ella has a beautiful soul, a gentle spirit, and a genuine love for animals that Lily somehow recognized and trusted. Knowing that Lily was not only cared for but also loved, comforted, and given the patience she needed while I was away brought me such peace of mind. I've been fortunate enough to have Jonathan drop-in on my 2 young Boston Terriers while I'm at work. I first met him in advance so he could meet my dogs and I. We met in person so that he could meet my dogs and of provide any instructions and he was very professional. From that point forward, he's communicated very well and I know my 2 dogs have been in great hands with him. It's very clear he loves animals and I'm happy he spends time with my 2 girls when I have to go on-site to work. I highly recommend Jonathan to other pet parents.
Elizabeth has done a number of drop-in visits for my 2 dogs and she does a great job in checking in on them, giving them some play time and of course assuring they are getting some time to be outside. She communicates very well and from the pictures I know my dogs are having a lot of fun during the pop-in visits. I highly recommend her for taking care of your pets!
Alex was wonderful. I can’t recommend him enough! He took amazing care of my dog while we were away and treated her like she was his own. She can be stubborn on walks, but he was incredibly patient and somehow got her walking calmly and politely on a leash. It was obvious he genuinely cared about her and took the time to work with her instead of just watching her. I came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’ll definitely be using him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and great with dogs.

Stephanie took great care of my two cats, Oreo and Nala, while I was away. She followed all of my instructions and made sure their routines were kept consistent, which I really appreciated. Oreo is a social butterfly and enjoyed her company right away. What impressed me most was seeing my shy girl Nala slowly come out of her shell. By the last couple of visits she was rubbing against Stephanie and even allowing pets, which is a big deal for her. That alone speaks volumes to me.
