“I’m happy to leave an excellent review for Zachery, he’s truly amazing. He spent the entire evening with my puppy, took him out for several walks, played with him using his favorite toys, and made sure he was safe and comfortable the whole time while we entertained a large group of guests. Zachery is incredibly personable, attentive, and reliable. I trust him completely with my dog and very much look forward to having him back again.”

“ren took great care of my very energetic dog. i felt totally comfortable and received several updates throughout the day. thank you SO much for taking such good care of my girl 🌸”

“From the start, Rachelle was top-notch! She was communicative, thorough, warm, and professional. She stayed with our 2 cats (one senior) over the long Labor Day weekend and sent daily messages and pictures. She was prompt in responding to my messages and any questions I had. Our senior girl can be finicky about eating and guests, but she seemed to warm to Rachelle very quickly. We returned to happy cats and an apartment that looked just like we left it! I would happily have Rachelle stay with our girls anytime!”

“Jennifer always goes above and beyond in caring for my cat and my home! She sends photos and communicates regularly and is a thoughtful, considerate, responsive, and responsible professional! I love having her and my cat does too!”

“Ashanti was very helpful with Bella and she came on such a short notice. I was very impressed with how much effort she put into Taking care Bella and not letting her ruin the house. I will be booking again!”

“Jada is excellent! She’s very communicative and great with our very anxious and reactive 60lb dog. Also extremely clean and took great care of our apartment. Highly recommended!”

“Jazmine was an excellent house and dog sitter. Hero is a recent adoption and so we were concerned about interrupting his transition to his new home. Jazmine made sure he stayed in alignment with his routine, which made for a continued normalcy while we were away for a few days. She communicated well, took great photos, and adjusted to last minute changes. Lastly, the house was spotless and she gathered our mail and packages without issue. Jazmine is top notch!”

“I recently hired Tess to watch my dog Slater, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure Slater felt comfortable in my home. Her daily updates and pictures gave me peace of mind while I was away. Slater seemed very happy and well-cared for, which is a testament to her skills. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!”

“Tiana was so great with my dog and cat and took wonderful care of my apartment. It was my first time leaving them with a sitter and I was nervous—but Tiana made me feel much more comfortable. When I got back, my neighbor went out of their way to tell me how often they’d seen her taking my dog on long walks. Will be booking her again!”

“Meaghan spent the day with our two dogs and she was so kind and responsive. Sent pictures and kept us updated, even helped with a little accident. Would definitely rebook!”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Avary. From the second we connected until we parted ways, Avary stood out as exemplary. Communication was beyond what could be expected, and the thoughtfulness, care, consideration, respect… are just a few words that now come to mind thinking about this experience. I’ve never met anyone — especially through Rover — who had seemingly gone above and beyond to match an existing routine. The true tell was that my dog was willing to take Avary on our USUAL hour-long night walk; something he highly protects. It was so clear that he was completely comfortable after less than a day and was happy to be able to stick to his pretty standard routine because of how well Avary learned and stuck to it too. Would 100% ask back again (and will)!!!”

“Kristen took great care of our 18 month old labradoodle for 10 days. On our initial meeting, my wife and I loved his easy-going but responsible attitude and our girl took to him right away without any hesitation. A big bonus was Kristen's proximity to Prospect Park. We received lots of photos during her stay and Kristen was super fast replying to any questions we had. Kristen is definitely going to be our go-to sitter on our nights out and when we're out of town.”

“Lauren was a champ and put up with sitting in our home while our kitchen was being renovated all so our dog and cat would be more comfy in their own space. She was so responsive, sent great updates, and we returned to see our home in literally better shape than how we left it. Cannot recommend her enough!!”

“Maria took amazing care of our 5 year pit mix Molly. She was so helpful and willing to come over early to meet our dog in advance since this was their first time together. She was also super flexible when our flight home was delayed! We are so thankful we found a trusted sitter for our pup. Would certainly welcome Maria into our home again!”

“Maria is such an amazing sitter. She has a warm, kind and caring personality! That's why Bailey lover her. Provided regular updtes and pictures. Will definitely hire her again Thank you Maria!.”

“Kier is the best ! He is so communicative while we were away and kept us in the loop about how our baby was doing. He took such amazing care of our cat as if she were his own. He is truly an amazing sitter!”

Zabi was great! She has lovely energy and got on really well with Maya who immediately liked her. She was communicative and flexible and I really appreciated her being able to help with Maya during a snowstorm and some of the coldest days this winter. I would definitely rebook her in future.

Emily stayed at our place and watched our 6 month old puppy for nine days! She is patient, kind, loves dogs, very knowledgeable. She weathered the sudden -5F winter storm as well as a resurging cherry eye issue with the puppy, handled medicine, feeding, exercise and everything perfectly. She left the apartment looking at least as clean as it as when she arrived, and was very flexible. It was the first time we ever left our puppy and even though it was clear he was happy and safe with Emily, we missed him terribly and the daily photos and updates helped a lot with that. We've already booked another one day house sitting gig with Emily.

I'd never used Rover or any other service for catsitting my girl, and I was nervous about it, but I'm so glad I found Diana! She was extremely communicative, clearly loves cats, and took amazing care of Pancake and my apartment. My cat is a bit shy and she managed to get through to her from day 1. Could not have had a better experience and will be asking Diana to take care of her again on future trips!
When another sitter cancelled on us a week before we had to leave on our trip, we needed to quickly find a house sitter for our two cats and senior dog. Thankfully, Meghan was available and she was able to have a meet and greet within a day or two of me reaching out to her. She immediately stood out as responsible and detail oriented, which was reflected in the quality of care she gave our pets. She provided frequent updates with photos and spent quality time with the pets. She was especially good at taking care of our senior dog, who had a variety of different needs, but she followed all of our directions well. After her stay, she left our apartment cleaner than we left it and was communicative about last day logistics. Would highly recommend!
