Kier is a gem. He reviewed the cover note and asked great questions. I was flustered upon leaving and he took over with stride. The pets warmed to him quickly and he captured some lovely moments with both of them. He even outsmarted the very smart dog to get her to take her flea and tick med. the house was tidy when I got home. five stars would book again.
My old boy is grumpy and special needs, and doesn't warm up quickly to strangers. He was totally comfortable with Karina, who was always communicative/responsive, managed his special circumstances well, and was responsible when it came to being in my home. Came home to a happy dog and clean apartment - would definitely use Karina again!
Trisha did a fantastic job with our large, anxious, reactive dog while we were traveling abroad. She asked great questions to fully understand our dog's habits and needs, sent daily, helpful updates with video, pictures and descriptions that gave us an invaluable peace of mind during our trip. She also took it upon herself to clean the house, which was just over and above the call of duty. We greatly appreciate her services and we will definitely request her if she's available on our next trip away.
We had a great experience with Ian staying in our home to watch our dog Ollie! Ian was very communicative from before the initial booking all the way up until the very end, and he sent us great pictures and updates throughout the day. I felt very comfortable that Ollie was having a good time and well cared for. Ian was very respectful of our home and thoroughly followed all instructions I left for him. Penny and Zelda loved Leigh-Anna! Very glad to have been able to leave for a week and feel like they were in good hands. We got lots of photos and the girls seemed very comfortable with her. Definitely happy to keep her in the mix for the next time we go out of town.
Gillian was absolutely amazing. She kept me updated every single day and was extremely flexible when my apartment building unluckily had some issues. I felt extremely comfortable and confident with her ability to care for Elizabeth (who has multiple issues like allergies, diets, etc) during the entire time I was gone. Honestly felt that Gillian was actively thinking of Elizabeth in every aspect of her day. She also went above and beyond - after a long haul flight, we got home to a happy, well-loved Elizabeth and a sparkling clean apartment. I cannot recommend her enough!

She sent so many amazing updates, and spent so much time with my pup, and I could tell that she truly cares for the animals she watches, and even showed me some things that I may have been missing with my dog. Frances took such great care of Luca while I was away! Luca is currently going through chemo, so her appetite can fluctuate and she needs daily medication. Frances was super attentive, sent thoughtful updates throughout the week, kept track of how much Luca was eating, and checked in whenever she noticed any changes. She also found a better way to give Luca her medication when mixing it into her food was not working consistently, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. She also took great care of my goldfish and left my apartment in excellent shape. Luca, the fish, and my home all looked great when I returned :) I would absolutely trust Frances to care for Luca again!
Ariana was amazing!! I left my cat Jon for 10 days which is the longest I have ever left him and Ariana took great care of him. She sent me multiple photos a day and when I got back from my trip, I think my apartment was probably cleaner than how I left it!! Thank you so much!
