We truly couldn’t have asked for a better person for our reactive boy, Tuxedo! Albert was absolutely amazing from start to finish and has officially become our favorite. ❤️ He was incredibly communicative throughout the entire weekend and sent us tons of photos and updates, which made us feel completely at ease while we were away. He was so calm, patient, and playful with Tux, and it was obvious from the photos how comfortable and happy Tuxedo was with him. What really stood out to us were all the little things. Albert even waited for us to arrive home so that our apartment door wouldn’t be left unlocked for even a few minutes. He left our apartment spotless, and on top of everything else, surprised us with the sweetest printed photo of Tuxedo as a little gift. 🥹 Albert was thoughtful, responsible, caring, and genuinely wonderful with Tux. We came home to a very happy dog and a perfectly clean apartment. We will 100% be booking him again and feel incredibly lucky to have found him. Couldn’t recommend him more!
Siaira was exceptional! We’ve always had the same person stay with Ellie when we go out of town but they weren’t available this time so we turned to Rover and found Siaira. Her perfect 5 star rating is no accident — she is clearly an animal lover and was attentive to Ellie and communicative with us. Timothy was truly incredible with my reactive, nervous rescue, Journey. I suggest you look no further to find someone to care for your beloved pet and home. In only a day, Timothy won Journey’s trust which is difficult to do. I am confident will be great with even the quirkiest pets. I was very, very worried because it was my first time leaving Journey with a sitter, and Journey is not an easy dog! He guards and is nervous to be handled by strangers, but a love bug to those he trusts. I needed someone who I could trust to remain a calm and patient presence even if Journey had a hard time. Timothy was there perfect person. He joined us for a meet and greet, followed very specific instructions, took things at Journey’s pace, and adapted when there were setbacks. Journey was not too sure in the beginning but with Timothy’s care the sit was a success. Beyond that he was extremely responsive to me as I was worrying from afar! He even offered to vacuum (after checking in on whether Journey would be okay with it, of course).
Catherine was able to help me by watching a friend’s cat for a couple weeks last minute. She’s usually pretty quick with responding and giving updates. She sends pictures and asks questions and even helped when something in the apartment broke. She spent time with the cat and seemed to enjoy her company! Would definitely recommend.
