About: I have owned and cared for dogs my entire life. I began pet sitting and walking for neighbors when I was 13 and have continued to care for friend's dogs and cats since then. I have experience with young, adult, and senior dogs of small, medium, and large size. I also have experience with rescue dogs with anxiety and specific triggers. My availability for walks is fully open every day of the week after 10 am and my availability for sitting varies week to week but I am typically able to move my commitments around. I believe in building trust with dogs through consistency, positive reinforcement, kindness, and lots of play, as well as keeping to your typical routine. I typically do not allow leashed dogs to greet each other due to safety risks unless you are specifically working on socialization, but have experience handling dogs showing fear or aggression when around other dogs.
About: I’ve had my dog for over 15 years and I’ve walked and taken care of other people’s dogs for more than 5 years. I’m comfortable taking care of big dogs as well as dog and cat sitting too. My schedule is pretty flexible and I devote most of my week to pet care, so I should be able to accommodate your requests even if they are last minute. Diana is great and I would recommend her to all my pet parent friends! She's been super accommodating to my last minute changes / requests. She has also been great with my Odie - even as a dog who needs extra attention on walks and at home. Diana also helped me out with taking care of my foster kittens when I was away which was super helpful! And being available on the weekend was a major plus. Couldn't recommend Diana enough!
