“Asher was great with Max and very thorough. I was able to answer any additional questions he needed about his medicine and I just really appreciate the care that he gave to my senior doggy. I worry about Max when I’m not able to be there and it was really important to me that he was cared for while I was out of town thank you again and I would absolutely book Asher again to take care of little Maxy.”

About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was a child and dogs for a decade. I’ve nannied for families with pets and took care of both their children and their dogs and dog sat while they were away. I love all animals whether they’re high or low energy and want to give your pets the best care I can! I currently work part time as a nanny and dance instructor so I have plenty of time throughout the week, especially on mornings to care for your pet! I'm extremely active and love having variety in my routine, so petsitting and walking give me another opportunity to get outside AND receive love from an animal! I will make myself as at home with your pet as you'd like me to be. I like to match the pet's normal routine as closely as possible and give some extra love and care when I can.
About: I'm an animal welfare professional actively building toward a career in animal behavior and training, grounded in real-world shelter experience and a deep commitment to whole-animal care. My shelter background has given me hands-on experience with high-volume intake, humane handling of anxious and behaviorally complex animals, and close collaboration with medical, admissions, and volunteer teams. I work calmly under pressure and communicate clearly across all parts of an organization. Over the past year I've been going deeper into the areas I care most about: balanced training, behavior modification, play-based training, and socialization and neutralization work. I'm also drawn to the less-talked-about foundations of animal health, including nutrition, husbandry, and how they shape behavior. Training a personal service dog has been one of my most formative experiences, giving me an up-close look at how relationship, consistency, and technique intersect. Cats are just as central to my work as dogs, and honestly my own life. My first adopted cat came to me severely behaviorally challenged, and watching our relationship transform through the right nutrition, training, and species-appropriate enrichment has been one of the most rewarding experiences I've had with any animal. It deepened my belief that understanding the feline mind is just as important as understanding canine behavior, and I'm passionate about helping people see cats differently. Not as low-maintenance or mysterious, but as complex, communicative animals who thrive when their needs are truly met. Something I feel strongly about is helping the broader community understand what shelter life is really like — how it affects animal behavior, the many reasons dogs and cats end up there and are returned, and what that means for families considering adoption. There's so much misunderstood about shelter animals, and I think better public education leads to better outcomes for everyone. I do pet care full time as I train dogs and cats! I have a full house of animals with two cats, two dogs and a reptile! We enjoy an active life with walks, play and adventure although have a nice balance with rest too:) Safety is my #1 priority. I firmly believe that a trained animal is a happy animal! Every animal that comes into my care has clear expectations so everyone can thrive to the best of their ability. If at daycare, I have the ability to crate and separate dogs and I have a clean, fenced in backyard that has a doggy pool for those warm summer days! For check ins and walks, i'm all about what is most comfortable for the pet. If your cat just needs someone to clean their litter box, thats what I'm there for! Wether its a potty break or full adventure, I'm here for it!
“Taylor was wonderful with our two kittens while we were on vacation for a week. She was communicative, responsible, and always gave us great updates on how they were doing. We would absolutely book her again!”

About: I really think I have quite a bit of experience with pets. As I was growing up, I had several at the same time and I took care of them all at once and with a lot of love. I had a rabbit, two cats, and a dog. I'm currently available every day, and regarding the schedule, I think we can discuss that between ourselves and decide. I would love to work for you, and I'm eager to meet your lovely pet. I live in a decent apartment, not too big but cozy, and my biggest advantage is that I live across from a park and close to a pet shop.
“Omolayo was great! This was my first time using Rover so I was a bit nervous but I felt very safe with her in my home and with my fur baby. She sent pictures every day of giving him treats and playtime. Will definitely contact her again for future visits!”

“I highly recommend Christina. She was flexible about doing a quick meet-and-greet before the actual pet sitting, which I really appreciated. She was attentive to all the instructions, asked thoughtful questions, and gave updates. Overall, I felt like my pets were in great hands.”

About: I’ve been training , an owner, and taking care of dogs and cats since I was little. My family and friends have trusted me to feed, walk, and pet sit their animals multiple times. I am available to care for your fur children M-F from 11-10! Anytime during those hours I am able to play with, walk , or feed your pets. I can crate dogs if needed, as well as provide any treats or food. Happy to follow any instructions to give your pups the best care!
About: My experience primarily includes long-term sitting and walking. I have worked with many breeds, focusing mostly on small to medium-sized dogs. But have taken care of large dogs too! I’m thrilled to offer my dog-sitting services to you and your furry friends! I work remotely with very few meetings, allowing me to be extremely flexible with walk times, feeding schedules, play time, and more. I live in a smoke-free apartment with a backyard and a dedicated room for guests and pets to enjoy ample space. I can easily crate your dog if needed. The apartment is also plant-free and equipped with its own AC.
“Has taken such great care of our kitty! MaryEllen even added on a few extra days of visits when we started to suffer from long distance pet guilt! She’s easy to work with and communicates so well about how our cat is doing.”
“Andrea comes across as kind and professional. She immediately put me at ease about leaving my cat (Tia) in her care. I received regular updates and communication throughout the trip with pictures assuring me that all was good. Upon returning, it appeared that all instructions were followed perfectly and Tia was happy and well taken care of. It's clear that Andrea is committed to taking good care of pets as well as respecting the space that their owners live in. Judging by the pictures, Tia also seemed quick to warm up to her which is rare given that she can be very skittish :) I'll absolutely be booking her again in the future.”

“Peggy has cat-sat for me several times before, but this time was a bit more complex now that I have two cats instead of just one. She did a great job caring for them both and was very communicative. Thank you so much!! :)”

“Haley was awesome and responsive! I gave her a lot of instructions and she didn’t bat an eye. And she was also available super last minute which I appreciate! Will definitely reach out again if the time comes”

Jessica watched our bulldog, Max, twice this summer and was amazing! She took such great care of him and always communicated with us. We looked forward to her pictures and felt such a relief knowing he was with Jessica. We look forward to booking again with her next time we go away.

Karina came in clutch so last minute for my very new adopted dog. He was totally himself around her and she seemed to have made him comfortable and confident! Definitely will be hiring her again as a regular drop-in and walker. With her background I was hopeful and she was better than I could’ve hoped for in the end. My new little guy is jumpy, easily excited, pulls on his leash (a lot and hard), and overall is a lot if you’re not experienced (which truth to be told I am not so much- Karina on the other hand very much is!). She was a pro in every way. She made me feel so at ease- especially because we weren’t able to meet in person before she came. I could ramble on forever about how much I would recommend her, truly. She updated asap and sent the cutest pictures too (I don’t even have that cute of photos of my little guy!) Thanks a million times over Karina. Me and Ripley are forever and ever lucky to have you!

Kiana was fantastic with my dogs! She was super flexible on short notice, set up a meet and greet right away, and asked all the right questions. One of my pups is a senior who requires several medications twice a day, and she handled his care seamlessly. She is trustworthy, kind, and took wonderful care of my dogs. Her communication was great throughout the entire stay. I highly recommend her and will definitely book her again!

Sean was awesome! Truly cared about my dogs, sent plenty of pictures and updates and was also booked for a full weekend on late notice. My dogs can be stubborn on walks and he was patient and worked with each of their quirks even taking one of them out for a second walk since he prefers a bit longer outside. Can’t say enough good about Sean, thank you again!!

Yuxuan was friendly, communicative, super responsive, and best of all, flexible for our last minute request! She also offered a meet and greet so she could get to know Beau's needs before taking care of him. Beau loved walking with her. We'd gladly work with Yuxuan again!

Vanessa was a sweetheart! This was my first time using this and she made me feel very comfortable and easy about this decision. She even came to introduce herself to me and Otis prior to the visit so I really appreciated that. And Otis loves her! That’s my favorite part! I’ll definitely be booking again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
