Every day of the trip, Chase sent photos and updates, and you could see Gabe getting happier as the week went on. At one point Chase had a chance to also watch another animal, but he turned it down on his own once he saw Gabe was uncomfortable, didn’t even need me to ask. I took off a few weeks of work but due to the added costs I needed to return back to work in order to continue caring for her and treatments. Eleni updated me with great details about how they’re doing and food. the weather was changing every day from being very cold and then very hot and Eleni proactively adjusted the thermostat accordingly when needed! she would turn on cat TV every couple days AND put treats in their treat games daily so they would stay occupied during the day. Mochi had an accident and Eleni didn't hesitate to clean it up and take out the trash. she really took care of everything!”
