His dog Hermes gets on great with my puppy, they were playing together the whole time! We did a meet and greet before booking him to make sure that the dogs got along well together too. We needed our dog to only eat the food we brought due to allergy concerns, and Adam fed them in separate rooms which worked well. We got back a tired, happy puppy.”

My sitter fell through less than 24 hours before I left for a 5 day trip to Greece, and Chase stepped up on very short notice with my kitten Gabe (plus my first time ever using a sitter for him). He set up a meet &greet the day before drop off so Gabe could get comfortable, which made all the difference. Every day of the trip, Chase sent photos and updates, and you could see Gabe getting happier as the week went on. At one point Chase had a chance to also watch another animal, but he turned it down on his own once he saw Gabe was uncomfortable, didn’t even need me to ask. That told me everything about how much he actually pays attention and truly cares. When I picked Gabe up, he was so at home he’d hidden under the bed and Chase had to coax him out! I took off a few weeks of work but due to the added costs I needed to return back to work in order to continue caring for her and treatments. I was of course naturally worried leaving her after having survived such a serious illness and Katie stepped in a really helped put all that anxiety and worry at ease for me. I truly feel like she made all my worries go away upon returning to works All her visits were well documented (she sent me lots of pictures and videos of play time sessions, medicines given, the food and water put out, and she always stayed for longer than booked for and I never came home to a mess. It was evident to me that she was treating my babies like they were her own. “Eleni was WONDERFUL with my 2 cats!!! I will definitely be hiring her again!!! Mochi has diabetes and requires an insulin injection every 12 hours in addition to another medication twice a week and Eleni was happy to learn and able to give Mochi his meds which can be a bit daunting and sometimes difficult depending on his mood. but Eleni was attentive and really took the time to learn and care for him properly! my other cat Kumo is a scaredy baby and rarely shows his face around people but Eleni was patient and really put effort into getting him comfortable with her. Eleni updated me with great details about how they’re doing and food. the weather was changing every day from being very cold and then very hot and Eleni proactively adjusted the thermostat accordingly when needed! she would turn on cat TV every couple days AND put treats in their treat games daily so they would stay occupied during the day. Mochi had an accident and Eleni didn't hesitate to clean it up and take out the trash. she really took care of everything!”

About: I have had pets since you were little so I have always had this initiative to be able to take care of them, love them and understand them. About: I'm an animal welfare professional actively building toward a career in animal behavior and training, grounded in real-world shelter experience and a deep commitment to whole-animal care. My shelter background has given me hands-on experience with high-volume intake, humane handling of anxious and behaviorally complex animals, and close collaboration with medical, admissions, and volunteer teams. If at daycare, I have the ability to crate and separate dogs and I have a clean, fenced in backyard that has a doggy pool for those warm summer days! I hope to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible while you're away! I live in a cozy one-bedroom apartment in a quiet three-unit building on the border of Ridgewood and Bushwick. My home is clean, calm, and a great environment for pets who enjoy a relaxed space to unwind. There are plenty of parks and tree-lined streets nearby for walks, and I love getting outside for regular exercise and fresh air. Since I work remotely, pets in my care receive lots of attention, companionship, and frequent potty breaks throughout the day rather than being left alone for long periods. Whether I'm hosting your pet, stopping by for visits, or taking them on walks, I'll make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for as if they were my own. I have two cats of my own and they get along with other pets super well! They love dogs and cats alike.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats, and have been a pet sitter for both. I have cared for all kinds of dogs, ranging from a 4 month old golden retriever puppy to a 8 year old pittie mix, and have taken care of as many as three dogs in one home. About: I really think I have quite a bit of experience with pets. As I was growing up, I had several at the same time and I took care of them all at once and with a lot of love. I had a rabbit, two cats, and a dog. I'm currently available every day, and regarding the schedule, I think we can discuss that between ourselves and decide. I would love to work for you, and I'm eager to meet your lovely pet. I live in a decent apartment, not too big but cozy, and my biggest advantage is that I live across from a park and close to a pet shop.
