“Such a great spirit and understanding of our dogs needs and temperament. She went above and beyond, playing basketball with him in the cold and recognized when he was stressed. She was great in cleaning behind our dog and following instructions to T in locking up the property.”

“I recently had the pleasure of hiring Regina K. as a pet sitter for my cat, Layla, while I was on vacation, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. Regina followed all of the instructions I left for her perfectly and took great care of Layla during each home visit. She was very nice and pleasant to communicate with, which made me feel at ease while I was away. Regina made sure Layla had her treats, wet food, and fresh water, cleaned the litter box thoroughly, and even spent time playing with her—something that meant a lot to me. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Layla’s well-being and comfort. I really appreciate Regina’s help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and attentive pet sitter. Thank you, Regina!”

I am currently bartending events on call therefore my schedule is very flexible. I am able to have a lot of time for your fluffy. About: I have taken care of pets from friends and family since I was 10 years old. Overtime, I have developed an ability to make dogs and cats feel at home and welcomed through proper time and attention, the key for anyone and any animal to feel loved. Changing wet pads, showering and bathing pets, running and playing with dogs, and cuddling with animals are second nature to me and I have years of experience doing each. Currently, I am working full time 9am-5pm during the weekdays. Outside of those hours, having the pet come with me on outdoor activities when weather allows and staying inside to lounge around are common. I usually see it as an excuse to keep active during my sedentary office lifestyle. Time in = trust out. Building trust and making your pet feel safe and sound is one of my main priorities. In order for that bond to exist, consistent attention and care is needed. From proper feeding, regular walking, and rigorous playing, pets in my care will return back to you in good spirits.
About: What differentiates me is the love and patience I give to each pet. I have experience with puppies and older dogs that need special care and shy rescue puppies. I treat each pet as if it were mine and always keep the owners informed with photos and messages. Pet care is part of my everyday life. I enjoy spending time with animals in the mornings and evenings, and I always make sure pets receive walks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. My schedule is flexible, so I can adjust to the needs of each pet and provide reliable, loving care whenever it’s needed. Safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, pets always have a clean and cozy space, fresh water, and regular walks or playtime. I make sure the environment is safe, secure, and free of hazards. In a client’s home, I follow their routines carefully, respect their rules, and provide regular updates with photos so owners can feel at ease knowing their pets are happy and cared for

About: I’ve been a dedicated dog owner for 9+ years, caring for my French Bulldog through every stage of her life—from playful puppy to senior years—which taught me patience, attentiveness, and how to adapt to a dog’s changing needs. I now have a Cavapoo and love going through all the puppy milestones again, including basic training, routines, and socialization. I’m especially attentive to each dog’s personality, whether that means keeping up with an energetic pup or providing gentle, patient care for older dogs. I genuinely treat every dog like my own—making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I currently have a flexible schedule and am not working a traditional job, which allows me to dedicate focused time and attention to pet care. I’m starting with weekend availability so I can provide consistent, reliable care and ensure each pet gets my full attention. As I get established, I’m open to expanding my availability. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and can easily plan my week around their needs When caring for pets in their home, I prioritize their safety, comfort, and routine. I always do a quick check to make sure there are no hazards or anything unsafe within reach, and I follow the owner’s instructions closely to keep their routine consistent. I give pets time to warm up to me at their own pace, using a calm and patient approach to build trust. Once they’re comfortable, I make sure they get plenty of attention, play, and care based on their energy level and personality. I also provide regular updates with photos and messages so owners feel reassured and connected while they’re away

About: What sets me apart as a sitter is my reliability, attention to detail, and hands-on experience working with animals. I’ve volunteered at Sean Casey Animal Rescue, where I helped care for dogs with different temperaments, energy levels, and backgrounds. That experience helped me develop a strong understanding of animal behavior and how to provide calm, patient, and compassionate care. In addition, I often take care of friends’ dogs when they travel or are away, so I’m used to maintaining routines like feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and making sure pets feel comfortable while their owners are gone. I’m especially attentive with young pets who need structure and positive reinforcement, and I’m also comfortable caring for senior dogs who may need slower walks, extra attention, or medication reminders. I prioritize safety, consistency, and keeping pets relaxed in their environment. I also make sure pet parents stay informed by sending regular updates and photos, so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make every pet feel secure and cared for, and every owner feel confident their companion is in good hands. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I have a flexible freelance schedule and currently no full-time job. This allows me to dedicate consistent time and attention to the pets I care for throughout the day. I’m able to plan my work around walks, drop-ins, feeding schedules, and playtime, making sure each pet gets reliable care and attention. Because of this flexibility, I’m also available for morning, midday, evening, and weekend visits when needed. My routine allows me to be dependable, responsive to pet parents, and fully focused on providing safe, attentive care for every pet. I provide attentive, reliable care that keeps pets comfortable and safe in their usual environment. In a client’s home, I follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible—feeding on schedule, providing fresh water, taking dogs on walks, cleaning up after them, and making sure they get plenty of playtime, exercise, and affection. I also monitor their behavior and well-being to ensure they are happy and healthy while you’re away. For drop-ins or walks, I make sure pets get the physical activity and attention they need, along with bathroom breaks and any specific care instructions you provide. I respect your home, keep things clean, and send regular updates and photos so you know your pet is doing well. My goal is to make pets feel safe, loved, and stress-free while giving owners peace of mind.
About: What sets me apart is the level of care and intuition I bring to every animal I work with. I’m not just a sitter—I genuinely understand dogs on a deeper level. I’ve helped deliver puppies, cared for senior dogs with patience and attention to their changing needs, and I have hands-on experience rehabilitating abused and neglected animals. That means I’m calm, observant, and able to read behavior quickly—whether it’s a nervous rescue or an energetic puppy still learning boundaries. I’m especially comfortable with puppies (potty training, basic commands, structure) and senior dogs who need a slower pace, medication, or extra comfort. I also naturally go above and beyond—whether that’s making sure routines are followed closely, giving extra affection, or keeping a close eye on subtle changes in behavior or health. Outside of sitting, caring for animals is just part of who I am. I regularly feed and look out for stray animals, and I treat every dog like they’re my own. Your pet won’t just be watched—they’ll be understood, protected, and genuinely cared for. As an only child, I’ve always found a deep sense of comfort and connection in caring for dogs. Being able to meet their needs, earn their trust, and give them love brings me a genuine sense of purpose and fulfillment. It’s something that feels natural to me, and it’s a big part of why I’m so dedicated to the care I provide. I have a large, fully fenced yard with low grass, which creates a safe and comfortable space for dogs to walk, play, run, and enjoy plenty of outdoor time.
About: I've owned 2 dogs and have experience taking care of dogs and kids for 25 years now. I spent most of my free time raising my 3 daughters who have now moved out. I enjoy spending time with dogs and taking care of them and have a lot of love to give. I am mostly working from home so I am available to stay with the dogs for most if not all day. I never leave dogs alone for more than 3 hours (with your permission) and depending on the dog. I have a fully fenced yard, even small dogs can't escape! I have a crates that I can easily set up if requested. I have lots of dog toys and bowls for feeding.
“We loved working with Dorothy! She took great care of our little Mimi, who is usually shy and not comfortable with new people. She sent us everyday updates about Mimi and was very attentive with her needs. Highly recommended!”

About: Growing up, I had the joy of loving and caring for an 80-pound, goofy, American Pitt Bull Terrier, named Meryn. Throughout my high school years, he was my constant companion, playing catch at the East River Park on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. We would jog across the Williamsburg Bridge and run up and down the stairwell in my apartment building to burn off energy (we lived on the 11th floor). He was an incredibly curious boy, who made training fun. He was very motivated by treats and praise. Through repetition and treats he learned all the basic commands. I have petsat many times for family members over the years. Pets included are dogs (large and small breeds) cats, hamsters, and a bearded dragon once. My longest dogsitting experience lasted 3 weeks with my aunt’s pug, Coco Rico, while my aunt was on vacation. During this time, Rico had an ear infection and I had to administer his ear drops. Being a pug, I had to ensure his eyes and face folds were clean. I have catsit for my brother’s diabetic cat, Tuna Fish, on several occasions. I administered insulin injections daily. I learned how to measure the proper dosage and how to safely/comfortably give her the injections. She was diagnosed with diabetes in 2020, so it was not easy learning how to give a cat a shot via a Zoom call with the vet! But learning this and helping my brother with the insulin injections, kept Tuna going for 4 more years after diagnosis. This is by far the most medical care experience I have had with pets. Nowadays, I regularly borrow my Gen Z daughter’s dog, Espresso. He’s a Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix, and my favorite little guy. My grandpup, if you will. With this past winter being a very cold one in NYC, I ensured to dress Espresso in his sweater, coat, and boots for his walks. I do photo shoots with him while on walks, during play time, and naps. I update her with anecdotes throughout the day, such as mentioning any puppy pals we ran into while out and anything funny or adorable he’s done. She even recently said to me, “You take the most wonderful pictures of him.” That truly warmed my heart because I love capturing him in different places and poses. My pet baby now is an American short hair cat with calico patterned fur, named Basil (aka Ms. Lady Boop Boop). She’s a 16 year old, still feisty gal, who has a favorite fishy toy that dangles from a wand. Being a senior, she has developed arthritis in her old age and now makes use of cushioned stairs to get on the couch/bed. She also needs an eye ointment, the application of which has become part of our daily routine. In the past, when she has been ill, I've also given her medicine in liquid form via syringe as well as getting her to swallow a pill. Additionally, I took care of a feral cat that would visit me now and then. My family has a home in Albany, in upstate New York, and I'm happy to board dogs up there for weekends or extended stays should a pet parent allow it. The feral cat that would visit me was in Albany and would appear randomly in our backyard. I fed and watered him whenever he came by. He was deaf and the sweetest guy, who loved rubs and to hang out on our deck. He had an extra digit on each front paw, so I dubbed him Thumbs. One day, when he visited, I noticed immediately that he had fleas on him. I gave him a bath a kiddy tub in my backyard with flea shampoo. I bought the flea comb and collar and got rid of those pesky bugs. I know he was grateful because he'd been scratching so hard, his fur was missing in some places. I am a visual artist and writer, working from home, so my weekdays are flexible. I set my own schedule working on my projects so I can easily accommodate different pet types and time slots for care. I occasionally travel to my family home in Albany, upstate New York, but I always plan that ahead of time and I am happy to board pets up there if the pet parent is open to that option. I live in a 2-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn, NYC. I am located on the 3rd (and top) floor of a walk-up building. I have a senior, female cat, who is very relaxed and sleeps most of the day. There is no outdoor space here, but there are local parks nearby, including a dog run. I also have a house upstate, in Albany, NY. There is plenty of space for running around here, including a backyard. We are currently having a fence put in and I will update this when it is installed.
“Liliana is an awesome sitter! She came through when I needed a last minute sitter to look after my three cats. She was extremely communicative while we were out and followed all instructions clearly which gave us peace of mind. We will definitely call on Liliana when we need a sitter in the future.”

About: Animal care is my biggest passion. I’ve recently graduated college with a degree in biology, where I often volunteered at shelters for animal care experience. I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, and even birds and turtles for as long as I can remember. My friends and family know they can rely on me when away for vacation to drop in and play with their pets, keep their pets company, and walk and feed their pets. I don’t think I’ve ever met a pet that doesn’t like me! So I’m so excited to help those in my community with animal care. I work on call only part time, so I’m available most hours of the week and some weekends. I would prefer early mornings or evenings, but I am ready for anything! In my clients home the first thing I do, in the case of a dog, is take them for a walk as it might’ve been hours since they’ve last been out. Sometimes I will let them in the yard if it is late at night, but I find longer walks will use up all their energy so they can nap well until the next time I pop in. Then it’s time for food and water refill, which if they’re reluctant to eat, I will wait with them to make sure they at least eat some. Then it’s play time/enrichment time where I try to get the last of their energy out. If I’m watching cats, I’ll feed them first and as they eat is my time to clean out the litter box. Cats also need tons of play time, so after they eat I’ll find any toys to keep them entertained for my time there. The hardest part for me is leaving them!
About: Since adopting my own pup in 2022, I’ve fallen in love with caring for dogs of all kinds—from energetic puppies who need playtime galore to sweet seniors who prefer gentle cuddles. I’ve been the go-to sitter for friends and family, mastering the art of patience, routine, and tail-wagging fun. Working from home means your dog gets constant companionship, potty breaks on schedule, and plenty of affection. Your furry friend will be treated like family! 💕 Since I work from home full-time on weekdays, I’m always around to give your pup constant love, playtime, and frequent potty breaks (my own dog goes out 4+ times a day, so yours will get the same care!). On weekends and days off, I love staying active—whether it’s leisurely walks, park trips, or cozy downtime, I adapt to your dog’s energy level. From high-energy pups to laid-back seniors, I make sure every dog feels at home while sticking to their routine. Let me know your pet’s needs, and I’ll keep their tail wagging! My dog-friendly loft is a cozy, secure space wherever pups are welcome on furniture (including the bed!)—because let’s be honest, snuggles are non-negotiable. To keep things clean and safe, I wipe all paws after walks and tidy up any messes immediately. I’m attentive to each dog’s needs, whether it’s puppy-proofing for curious noses or senior-friendly accommodations. Rest assured, your pup will enjoy a happy, hygienic, and hazard-free stay!
“Amazing sitter, kept me posted on my two cats and made the process of leaving them much easier. Very attentive, on time, always had photos, and is very good with our two feisty cats, and was able to gain their trust. Highly recommend Lyanyse, and will be booking again!”

Charlie did a really good job with Cato. He was eager to take notes during our first meeting, and double checked most details I provided to ensure he provided the best care for Cato. His communication was very strong, especially when Cato ate something she shouldn’t have. If you need a sitter, I’d do it!
Such a great spirit and understanding of our dogs needs and temperament. She went above and beyond, playing basketball with him in the cold and recognized when he was stressed. She was great in cleaning behind our dog and following instructions to T in locking up the property.

She was such an angel to come care for my dog last minute!! He’s a big boy and not the easiest to handle and she did a great job with him. She did drop in visits and it was so nice to have someone I could trust in my home and with my dog. 100% recommend her and I will book with her again for next time.
