About: I have been working with animals since I was 14, when I did drop in visits for Sophia, a blind senior cat, and spent the day with Pointers Hunter and Coco while their owner was out. Since then, I have cared for many pets, mostly staying with them while their owners are away. I have experience with puppies and am comfortable with large dog breeds (my grandparents have always had Dobermans!). I have a three year old Sphynx cat named Goose, and thanks to him I have experience taking care of breeds with specific care needs. I am available for walks, drop in visits, or house sitting. I am a full time student, but my schedule is fairly flexible with my days mostly consisting of one or two 90 minute classes. I am fully available on weekends and thursdays and have plenty of time in the mornings and evenings of the other weekdays. I will take your lead in terms of instructions, after all, you know your pet best! I will make sure your pet is cared for and loved while maintaining the same quality of care that you would give them.

About: I grew up around dogs, all of which were mixed medium to large breeds adopted from local shelters. As a teenager, I would walk, bathe, and watch dogs from as small as a chihuahua to as large as a great dane. As an adult, I expanded to watching pets in their own home as well. Have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages, including puppies and senior dogs. I also have experience watching cats as well, and am quick to learn when they want attention and when they prefer to be given their space. I have a flexible schedule and am able to work in various times for any pet care needs. Long and short walks accepted, and am willing to walk in rain, snow, and heat so long as it is safe for your pet. I will do my best to minimize disruptions to your pet's schedule and make sure they still recieve the love and attention they need. Walk, meal, and treat times will be met on schedule. I will play with your pets with any toys provided, along with giving ear scritches, belly rubs, or any other attention or space your pet prefers. Let me know of any training your pet might be learning so that I can use proper commands to avoid confusion in your pet. Available for both short and long walks. For longer stays, I also have experience in caring for both indoor and outdoor plants.

About: I’ve volunteered at animal shelters dog walking, caring for sick animals, giving them medicine, caring for senior pets and spending time with them to enhance their quality of life. I can be relied upon to take care of your fur baby and make sure they feel enriched through out the day. I am currently working remote with only a few meetings a week. My schedule is very flexible so I can spend time with your pet, go in multiple walks and take them to the park. I have a two floor apartment and a fenced in backyard down the block from Astoria park. I have one very friendly kitty who loves other animals. But if your pet likes their own space we can definitely put our kitty upstairs. I am a very active person so I don’t mind taking your pets on multiple walks and playing with them in the park or in our backyard.
