About: • I worked at the Howard beach animal clinic as a veterinary assistant where I assisted veterinarians with vaccine administration, blood draws, and wellness checks for both cats and dogs. I also learned how to administer medication to dogs/cats, give cpr to dogs specifically, handle hyperactive, anxious, and/or aggressive dogs/cats, and work with all kinds of breeds ranging from chihuahuas to Great Danes. • Before that, I gained experience working with dogs by volunteering at nyc pet services in Astoria, where I took care of many different kinds of dogs by supervising the area and ensuring all dogs were happy and safe. • My love for animals started with my golden Labrador and poodle at age 5, then at age 12 I got a Maltese whom I’ve grown up with and is now 16 years old.
