Emily took such wonderful care of my cats, Tigerlily and Dante, and we are all very grateful for her. This was our first time leaving our cats behind. We were nervous but Emily made the whole experience completely stress-free with her kindness, consistent updates, and genuine love for animals. Tigerlily is usually pretty shy, and Dante loves attention, but somehow Emily made both of them feel so comfortable and cared for. She sent sweet photos and messages that really reassured me they were happy, and getting lots of love while we were away.
