“Leaving another five star review to thank Dayanara for her services. She did an amazing job giving us peace of mind for our two cats while we were away for a couple weeks on vacation. She double checked our automated water and feeder were always topped up, and went out of her way to make sure our automatic vacuum was seated properly in it's dock. I haven't trusted anyone else on any platform to watch my cats for the past few years and we're beyond lucky she was still available this past month. Thanks Dayanara!”

“Rosandy and Edward are phenomenal people who provide excellent care for Blaze and Starlette. From the very first moment I spoke to the couple, I knew I found the best persons for the job. They are trustworthy and reliable, kind and caring. The communication is outstanding. Above all, Blaze and Starlette are calm and comfortable with them. I am a flight attendant, with Rosandy and Edward, I can certainly relax at work and rest easy fr those nights I am away from home. I am beyond thankful for meeting you both.”

“Rachel is a wonderful dogwalker! I have a shy rescue chihuahua mix named Benny. Despite typically being slow to open up to new people, he is clearly obsessed with Rachel and has gained a lot of confidence since walking with her and the other dogs. I would recommend Rachel to anyone and hope to continue to have her work with Benny in the future. Thanks Rachel!!”

“Amanda was amazing with Flint! We had a pretty last minute situation and she came through for us with no hesitation. She was super attentive, communicative, and really took initiative during her drop-ins. She noticed things, checked in with us when needed, and went above and beyond without us having to ask. I felt comfortable knowing Flint was in good hands while we were away. Definitely someone I’ll be booking again in the future. Highly recommend Amanda!”

About: I have extensive hands-on experience in dog training, beginning with my first dog, a Jack Russell Terrier. Through agility and obedience training with her, I developed a strong understanding of canine behaviour, communication, and structure. I provide long, structured walks tailored to each dog’s individual energy level, temperament, and needs. At the owner’s request, I also incorporate basic obedience training, behaviour correction, and work on specific challenges such as leash pulling, reactivity, or lack of focus. I am attentive, patient, and consistent in my approach, always prioritising safety, mental stimulation, and the overall well-being of every dog in my care. I'm currently free on weekdays and sometimes on weekends too, early mornings and afternoons fits for me. I'm flexible for changes in my schedule and can adjust it to yours as well The safety and comfort of every pet is my top priority. Whether I am caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I make sure they are in a clean, secure, and calm environment. After walks, I always wipe or wash their paws, and I can bathe them if needed. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully regarding feeding, treats, routines, and any special requirements. If medication is required, I administer it responsibly and exactly as directed. I pay close attention to each pet’s behaviour and comfort level to ensure they feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for at all times.

“Such a great spirit and understanding of our dogs needs and temperament. She went above and beyond, playing basketball with him in the cold and recognized when he was stressed. She was great in cleaning behind our dog and following instructions to T in locking up the property.”

“I recently had the pleasure of hiring Regina K. as a pet sitter for my cat, Layla, while I was on vacation, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. Regina followed all of the instructions I left for her perfectly and took great care of Layla during each home visit. She was very nice and pleasant to communicate with, which made me feel at ease while I was away. Regina made sure Layla had her treats, wet food, and fresh water, cleaned the litter box thoroughly, and even spent time playing with her—something that meant a lot to me. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Layla’s well-being and comfort. I really appreciate Regina’s help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and attentive pet sitter. Thank you, Regina!”
About: I've cared for pets my whole life and enjoy doing so. Before losing by beloved fur son last year, I would walk him and my cousins dog when he would go out of town. Along with the dogs and cats I've encountered, I strongly prioritized providing them with mental stimulation. Walking and challenging play is essential to their wellbeing and I've encouraged friends with pets to do more on their behalf. As an afterschool tennis coach, the flexibility and active work would be best for my shift at 1:30pm and after 6pm. This kind of work keeps me engaged and on my feet. I follow the owners strict diets and regiments for their fur babies and keep things tidy. I respect the pet as I would any adult or pet of my own by keeping a close eye on them and developing a loving and trusted relationship.
About: I have taken care of pets from friends and family since I was 10 years old. Overtime, I have developed an ability to make dogs and cats feel at home and welcomed through proper time and attention, the key for anyone and any animal to feel loved. Changing wet pads, showering and bathing pets, running and playing with dogs, and cuddling with animals are second nature to me and I have years of experience doing each. Currently, I am working full time 9am-5pm during the weekdays. Outside of those hours, having the pet come with me on outdoor activities when weather allows and staying inside to lounge around are common. I usually see it as an excuse to keep active during my sedentary office lifestyle. Time in = trust out. Building trust and making your pet feel safe and sound is one of my main priorities. In order for that bond to exist, consistent attention and care is needed. From proper feeding, regular walking, and rigorous playing, pets in my care will return back to you in good spirits.
About: As a teacher, patience, reliability, and communication are second nature to me. I take the time to learn each pet's personality and routine so they feel comfortable and cared for. I'll treat your pet like family and keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can relax knowing they're in good hands. Currently a teacher on summer break looking forward to helping you take care of your fur babies in this summer heat. All day availability for walks, drop ins and snuggles. I follow each pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications if needed. I provide plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while keeping their environment clean, safe, and stress-free. I'll also send regular updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.

I’ve always been the go-to person among friends and family for walking, daily drop-ins, and vacation pet care because I treat every animal with the same patience, routine, and affection I’d give my own. Whether your pup loves brisk morning walks, upbeat playtime, or just a gentle stroll with lots of time to sniff, I tailor every visit to their energy level and unique personality. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, hydration, and body language to ensure your pet stays happy, safe, and comfortable. You can always count on prompt communication, reliable arrival times, and cute photo updates with every visit, so you have complete peace of mind while you’re busy or away. After wrapping up my regular Monday through Friday workday, I am available starting Friday evening after 4:00 PM and have wide-open, flexible availability all day Saturday and Sunday. Because my weekends are centered around pet care, your dog receives dedicated, hands-on attention rather than being rushed between other commitments. Whether you need evening drop-ins, weekend dog walks, or playtime while you’re out running errands or traveling, my schedule allows for reliable, focused care. Safety and comfort are my top priorities. I host and play with pets in a cozy, fully pet-proofed one-bedroom apartment that offers a calm, secure, and low-stress environment without the overwhelm of multi-dog chaos. When caring for your dog in my home or visiting yours, I maintain strict safety protocols: dogs are always leashed during outdoor walks, doors and entryways are closely managed, and any personal hazards are kept out of reach. I adhere closely to your specific feeding routines, medication schedules, and house rules. You’ll receive regular photo updates and prompt check-ins after every visit or play session so you always know your pup is thriving and safe.

Nerissa loved on my cat babies so well and seeing them follow her and being comfortable with her truly makes being away from them just a bit easier knowing that they are cared for and loved. She made sure to send lots of pictures and sometimes even stayed longer just o make sure they were not too lonely. Thank you so much Nerissa ❤️

Alexandrea is very dependable and prompt. It is obvious that she takes her drop ins very seriously. She plays with Sunny and sends us pictures and videos daily. She waters the plants and keeps Sunny’s areas clean. I am very happy with Alex’s services. Ms. Carole EP

April is the best to ever do it! She’s a consummate professional—every check-in came with photos, videos, and detailed notes. One of my cats got struck with constipation before I left and April made sure to follow vet instructions I left and provided litter box updates. The peace of mind was very real! Thank you April!

Carolina is AMAZING! I just recently moved into my apartment, and was anxious about finding someone to take care of my dog (Staffie mix) and my cat - both senior pets - during a trip to visit family. I'm so glad I chose Carolina, she was absolutely fantastic - extremely professional, caring, and communicative throughout the visit, and I could tell from the first photo she sent that my pets were in great hands. The neighbors in my new building also had great things to say about her once I returned. I'm so grateful for her expert care, and definitely plan to book her again. Highly recommended!

Emily took such wonderful care of my cats, Tigerlily and Dante, and we are all very grateful for her. This was our first time leaving our cats behind. We were nervous but Emily made the whole experience completely stress-free with her kindness, consistent updates, and genuine love for animals. Tigerlily is usually pretty shy, and Dante loves attention, but somehow Emily made both of them feel so comfortable and cared for. She sent sweet photos and messages that really reassured me they were happy, and getting lots of love while we were away. When we came home, both cats were relaxed and had clearly enjoyed their time with her. It’s obvious that Emily genuinely cares about the animals she watches, and that kind of trust and warmth means everything. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and thoughtful cat sitter. Five stars without hesitation!

Brae is the best. This was my second time asking her to pet-sit my cat and she did amazing. She took a really good care of my cat, sent me daily updates with cute pictures, and most of all she was so gentle and sweet with my cat. Brae is very responsive, responsible, as well as very pleasant. Highly recommend. Thank you again, Brae!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
